Scam that makes you pay to apply for a job
Took the time to set it up, which isn't a quick thing as it is very, very laborious the way the site is designed. You have to manually enter EVERYTHING. Then after literally hours of setting it up, you realise why, you cant even apply for a job without paying them! It's a scam. they know that people who have taken the time to enter all their personal information (instead of just uploading a cv like every other recruitment site) are far more likely to pay And it's appallingly expensive, and the jobs listed appear to have been written by a child. I was looking for senior positions, so it's a little suspicious that a company looking to hire a senior analyst can't spell analyst... it appears to be a scam and so I will be contacting them to ensure they remove all of my personal data. I used an email address i have only provided to them, so if i get a single contact from any other company i will know they have sold it on and will be contacting the police.

Not worth your money or time, a refund has a hundred little letters. The revision they promise you is the same as get your curriculum and send to any AI. The job offers they show you, not always goes together with your profile. The website itself, the pro version against the free version has almost none diferense. You can just Google the job name together with the state and find in any other site. Also, the website itself appears to have a lot of bugs, where you need to create "mental paths" to "work" when it does.

I bought a paid subscription with hope but got scammed
I bought a paid subscription with hope that I can get relevant jobs after eligibility review but nothing was changed. The same jobs and visa types. Mostly J-1 which is not appropriate for the 12+ years of experience. Don't give your money to this scam service. They take 2/3 amount for the review and refund only 1/3. Nice business. Reviewing resumes for $27 per one.

I'm sorry you did not find any jobs that are relevant to you on our platform.
Upgrading does not mean you will get more opportunities. There are no hidden opportunities for free members. Free members have access to all of our opportunities, so they do not upgrade their account if we do not have opportunities for them.
We currently have 500+ J1 advanced trainee opportunities in IT. After narrowing those down to your profile (system administrator / DevOps), we have 38 opportunities suitable for candidates like you with 12+ years of experience in system administration on our platform. I personally set your preferences in your account and also wrote you personally with the URL to those opportunities.
We refund unsatisfied candidates or those for whom we do not have opportunities after manually verifying their eligibility. The $27 eligibility check is non-refundable after we have provided the service, as stipulated in our terms and conditions, which you accepted when you signed up on our platform. All our jobs exist and are posted by hiring sponsor companies, and our jobs come with visa sponsorship available.
We are experiencing an issue with expired jobs being removed from our platform; that may be what you mean. As a workaround for now, please filter on recent jobs (posted in the last 3 days or 7 days). We are actively working on this issue and think it will be fixed by early December. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
By the way, we haven't found any Matthias based in Germany in our client database.

Scammers - Stay away!
I paid for their "Eligibility Check" service and completed all my resume on their platform, and they refuse to do the eligibility check. They keep asking me to complete and add more information when it's actually already complete. Not only that, but they don't reply to my emails, I have to insist and follow up many times to get a response (if I get any). Right now I'm trying to get a refund, but since they're not replying I'm not sure if I'll get my money back...

Stay away from them
Stay away from them they waste your time. They approached me in order to have an interview with an employer. I picked the date and time and not even a day before they cancelled and changed the date and time because premium members are treated with priority and they put them in my timeslot instead. This is not my thought this is what the "CEO" of the company told me so. And the funniest thing is that they told me that this interview may again not happen. They are totally unprofessional and for sure do not know how to handle their business. You cannot make someone prepare for an interview make space and time for it and then cancel everything for no serious reason.

I checked our database and noticed you are not a customer with us.
As a free member, you had the privilege to be chosen by one of our employers for an interview.
When you scheduled your interview, you personally chose the day and time slot for your interview.
Our interview lasts 30 minutes, so it's 30 minutes to free up on your calendar.
Your interview has not been canceled but rescheduled for Wednesday, 4 days later after your initial interview.
When we requested to reschedule the interview with you, we gave you the reason, we proposed the new slot, and we gave you the possibility to accept it, refuse it, or reschedule it at your turn at a more convenient time for you.
The rescheduling of your interview was not because a USponsorMe+ member took your timeslot, but because the employer had an emergency need. Please note the recruitment process in the USA may work differently than in your country. Due to short leave notice in the USA, the employer's needs can change very fast. Rescheduling can happen and this is out of our control. I'm very sorry if the reason for rescheduling was not clearly understandable.
As a free member, you have the risk of seeing your interview with employers canceled as USponsorMe+ members have their interviews scheduled as a priority (before free members) in the employer's calendar. By conducting interviews, if the employer fills the position before the day of your interview, your interview will be canceled. We let our free members choose between securing the interview by becoming a USponsorMe+ member or taking the slot as a free member with a risk of cancelation.
Transparency is very important to us, we will do our best to improve our communication regarding our terms and conditions regarding our interview schedule with employers, and rescheduling reasons.
Please note US job search is not an easy task. We try to ease this process for our members by matching you with US employers. But still, you will have to invest some time in your project in any case if you want to make your US project happen.
