Costumer services was phenomenal
Costumer services was phenomenal, I got ahold of someone because there was a shipping issue I had for the item that I ordered. It was not even 1 minute, I got ahold of someone right away. Turns out it was the owner. He was very kind and extremely professional fixed my problem right away. The owner told me there was a glitch in the system, they offer free 2 day shipping and because of that they there so many orders coming in the system glitched out and slowed down but I believe it’s fixed now I strongly recommend buy from this site, there products are amazing and they are a great company.

Good communication and customer service
Overall. Good. Appreciate the customer service chat. I only needed it because there was no estimated shipping date offered prior to purchase. Making it a gamble whether it would come anywhere close to Christmas. It did work out though and as soon as my order was filled two days after purchase I received an email and the product came promptly after

Svar fra usjewels.com
The item was delivered on Dec 28th. It was shipped on time overnight shipping, but the winter blast we received for Christmas 22 caused massive country wide shipping delays completely out of our control. We apologized for the delay and I appreciate your patience.

Beautifully crafted, Love my purchase
The fast and secure shipping was awesome, especially because it came early for Xmas. I purchased the largest soccer ball pendant. It was bigger than expected. Beautifully crafted and has a little weight to it. Great purchase!
