Great Experience with a Short Wait
I am glad they had the partnership with the payment-plan company as it made the financial end of things easy for me. I loved the ring and after finding I ordered the wrong size, they made return and resizing a breeze. I wish the time from order to receiving the item was faster, took about 10 days, but the company was thorough and helpful.

The Silver Beast.
Ordered the extra large Italian horn pendant in sterling silver to fit my 10mm Cuban link chain but was sent one that only fitted a 7mm. I had sent message about it the owner of the shop was very quick to respond and fix the mistake. He shipped it next day air and I received it packaged very well and I had to sign for it. Now my new pendant looks amazing on my chain with a very nice heavy weight to it. Thank you very much usjewelry for everything.

As I mentioned in a previous email, tarnishing is a natural process for sterling silver when it comes into contact with substances containing sulfur. This can include household products, water, food, or even air pollution. To remove the tarnish, you can use a liquid silver cleaner, which should restore the item to its original state. A quick search on "does sterling silver tarnish" will provide ample information supporting this.
All our items are coated with an anti-tarnish layer, so if tarnishing did occur, it's likely that the item came into contact with a substance that triggered it. For your peace of mind, you're welcome to have the item tested by a local jeweler to confirm its quality.
