International order dispatched after more than 2 month and never arrived and it got returned back and at refund they rejected refunding the whole amount claiming that it is my mistake and I should be charged for the delivery
Here's the thing.. I've been working on my outdoor toilet, in July the table saw broke down.. Managed to get half-life out of it for another 3 weeks.. It's dead.. The motor is dead.. Hopeless to be able to do the carpentry I want without good tools to saw with!! I do have an extra table saw that I got from a girl who was going to sell her house and move to a tiny space. However, this saw table is equipped with a drive belt between the motor and the transmission. The multirib belt was completely worn out. I had to look for a new one for a long time, there were none in Germany when Einhell stopped selling these. Finally found a belt from this company "useful rare - Poltava" in Ukraine. After some wrangling with the people there, it was determined which belt was the right one. The spare part was then sent after 2-3 days. Then it took time. I was able to follow its journey on the search page of the Ukrainian postal service. It ended up in Kyiv for a while. I started to worry that "Putler's" patrask had blown up my spare part because nothing happened. It stopped for several days before it left, only after 5 days did it start moving further and ended up at some terminal in Latvia. Then to Estonia. A day later it was finally in Sweden. There it hit the customs department at Postnord to.. Having to pay the equivalent of €1.44 in import VAT in addition to the €12.22 I paid for shipping and the spare part, I can live with.. That the greedy department should have €9.05 in "Declaration fee" I think is really greedy for a thing with such little value.. *growl* ..Just pay I guess, lesson for next time that if someone within the EU has the part buy there to avoid usury surcharges from customs.. The cost of the part has now risen to almost double because of the customs department at Postnörd.. Luckily not most of the packages with stuff I have received home the last two months from Amazon, among others, were transported by "Postnörd"!! I don't know if all the stuff originated from an EU country. At least i get the belt home in 11/9-2025
As for the company "Useful Rare", I have the impression that they are serious, I don't know what rules they have to follow in their country to export... I personally would have preferred a discreet package, which the greedy bastards at customs wouldn't have noticed.
They have parts nodbody else has and the service was fantastic
