Switching from different Ads tracking software like Hyros to Cortana has been a great experience. The platform is very easy to navigate, making it simple to find and use the features I need.
I also like how customizable the reporting and tracking are. The data I need is readily available, which makes managing and analyzing ad performance much more efficient, to add, you can connect a lot of applications to it.
Overall, Cortana has been a great platform to use, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an intuitive and reliable ad tracking solution.

I have been using Hyros for the last 3 years and something that I have noticed was the lacking of direct integrations on different softwares that we use on the marketing space. We decided to switch to Cortana and with just less than a month of getting onboarded, all of the feedbacks that I have recommended were implemented by their dev with a fast turn around, which I have never experienced in Hyros side. All of the missing pieces from Hyros was already pieced together in Cortana and I can say that the UX/UI experience is much better, from looking at lead quality tracking side and revenue attribution, everything was all clear which makes it easy for me as a Media Buyer to determine which ads to scale, since we were mainly running ads for High ticket space, having a very detailed idea on how the customer journey is really essential for us to know so we can effectively scale on the ads side which is really crucial on the revenue side since it's a long time frame sales cycle as compared to Ecom industry. They also have a very good customer service, onboarding was topnotch and they really make sure they understand our internal process to get all the necessary nitty gritty details be in place and get tracked properly.
You will also not feel left out if you have some concerns or experiencing something unusual on the platform because they are really responsive and hands-on on the troubleshooting part if ever you encounter any issues. As someone who is not really a technical and trying to figure it out my way, David (our account manager) and Matei was really helpful and frequently update us on the status how our tech concerns are being handled, what is to be done on our end to fix it if we presented some issues that occurs. I think another advantage as well is there's not a huge wall on the web dev department side to the customer side so if there's something you dont know how to implement on your end for a very customized integration, they see to it you're provided with resources needed and guided all throughout, and they also try to fix it on the troubleshooting calls. I run a boring brick and mortar business and spend 7 figures a year on Meta ads, so attribution matters a lot to me. Before Cortana I was paying around $20k/year for a well-known attribution platform (it's the one Cortana obviously is going after hard in its own ads). In a year and a half I never once hit a 9/10 event match quality score on my key events (Lead, Schedule, Purchase) in my Meta Events manager, and my ROAS slid from roughly 3x down to 1.4x. When I finally dug in, it turned out the setup was mostly relaying pixel data, which iOS has made nearly useless, and nobody on their side ever proactively reviewed my account despite the price.

I was honestly skeptical of Cortana because of the cost gap. A few hundred a month versus thousands felt too good to be true. I only took the call because I was auditing my entire software stack.

The VIP onboarding sold me. Their team got on Zoom with me weekly, sometimes for hours, walked through my GoHighLevel workflows with me, set up their webhooks inside my GHL so actual CRM data flows back to Meta server-side via CAPI, and verified everything live inside my Events Manager while I watched. I asked a lot of questions and got straight answers. I even had a third-party e-comm marketing agency independently audit the CAPI setup, and it checked out.

Result: 9/10 EMQ on Lead, Schedule, and Purchase for the first time ever.

Only nitpick I have is the dashboard sometimes can lag just a tad too long (30 seconds after filtering vs instant like I'd want), but support is already on it and I'm sure that will clear up soon and to be honest, I have a LOT of campaigns and ad sets and ads to sift through and track so it is a lot of data to filter more so than the average user I'm sure.

Also, since I did the VIP onboarding, I get a VIP support slack channel for life to help troubleshoot any bugs that arise along the way post setup. The slack gives me direct access to my account manager, their support team, and even the owner, who is a very technical guy with a coding background himself.

If you're spending real money on Meta ads (or even Google ads) and depend on clean data going back to the platform, this is worth a look.

Cortana has been my choice of ad tracker and has been perfect for me.

It is obvious that Matei has designed this program with a thorough knowledge of ads it is user-friendly and does everything it should do and more the cost of the program is definitely reasonable.

Recently switched from HYROS and everything has been a night and day difference for the better. with Cortana the support is not just an ai chat bot, but direct one on one, real time support (shoutout Matei and Andrea). User interface is simpler and more intuitive to use. The team is quick to respond and got my tracking sorted out quickly and correctly. They even gave solid recommendations to how I could improve my funnels. On top of that, I mentioned wanting a feature added to the link shortening they offer already and instead of just saying "we'll add it to the roadmap" Matei got his team on it immediately. Says a ton about how they operate and made the decision to switch that much better. 10/10 would recommend. 

If you're looking for a tracking solution where the team actually cares whether your stuff is working, Cortana is the way.

Very happy so far with the Cortana team. They are responsive and want to collaborate with us business owners to deliver a great product. We've used Hyros and alternatives for years and running millions of dollars through various funnels, but it feels like Cortana has something even more unique that can adapt with that various nuances that come up, whereas the other platforms that we've used don't offer as much customized support. Excited to start launching our offers and client offers through the platform!

I’ve been focused mainly on the AI agent side, and the dev team there have been genuinely brilliant to work with. Responsive, technical when they need to be, and willing to actually dig into problems rather than fob you off with a help doc link.

The conversation agents in particular have been a game changer for our clients — the way the flows handle real back-and-forth feels miles ahead of what we were getting elsewhere. That alone has shifted what we’re able to offer.

Pace of updates is the other thing worth mentioning. Features I’ve asked about have a habit of showing up in the product not long after, which tells you everything about how seriously they take feedback.

Matei’s clearly built a team that cares about what they’re shipping. If you’re weighing Cortana up and the agent side is what you’re after, this is where it gets interesting.

Big fan of Matei and Cortana overall. I've known Matei personally and I know he does right by his customers.

Cortana is a great product for an agency owner or anyone who is looking to get better ad tracking, given the fact it was designed by someone already heavily understanding ads at their core.

He's built it in a way that's quite intuitive, and it does its job plus, the pricing is quite fair for what it is.

Anyone who asks me who they should use for their ad tracking setup, I point them in the direction of Cortana.

Obviously anybody reading this will want to know about tracking, and yes, I'm supremely satisfied with Cortana there. I've seen it beat out Hyros many times so far, properly attributing clicks the first time where with Hyros I had to do a LOT of manual fixes (and a lot of times it wouldnt let me at all). I have no doubt Cortana will help us make a lot more money, with better margins.

Another thing that I am seriously impressed with and grateful for is the level of service and attention to detail from customer support. There have been a few cases where I THINK something got attributed wrong, or I thought an event should've fired, or context was mismatched.

They've been so quick to jump on it, research, fix as needed and come back with the right answer. Which again, comes back to their logic being right pretty much every time. But they're also super open to being proven wrong!

They're insanely fast with feature requests and what they push just works. For example, on our onboarding call we asked for an API key we could use and within a couple days the connection was fully built and functioning.

The platform is super easy to use, clean and self-explanatory (the exact opposite of Hyros)

Onboarding was super smooth and you just gotta trust the process. Sure the first call was incomplete and a little confusing. But by week 3 everything was making perfect sense and week 4 we were already seeing purchases tracked that Hyros refused to acknowledge (even though the link with the UTMs was in the click history!)

All in all, great group of hardworking , caring, dialed individuals. I'd strongly encourage anyone to do the full A/B test and put it toe-to-toe with Hyros or any other tracking platform you're using for that matter.

And if you're considering your first upgrade from just standard ads manager reporting and GHL CAPI, I'd say just go with Cortana all the way.

We spend about $100,000 a month on ads, so having accurate tracking is a big deal for us. We recently switched over from Hyros to Cortana AI, and honestly the difference has been huge.

The onboarding process was super smooth. Their team made everything really easy to set up, and the whole transition went way better than we expected.

The biggest difference has been the tracking accuracy. Before switching, we were only capturing about 60% of our data. After moving to Cortana, we’re now seeing around 95% accuracy. Obviously nothing is ever going to be a perfect 100%, but going from 60% to 95% is a massive improvement.
