I realized after I submitted my order that this company is only review the information you give them and you still have to place an on order with the health department to the state you need your certificate. And pay fees again, This company acts a middle man and I don't have time to send the same information to them and to the actually place I need order my certificate from. I am requesting a refund and I had to cancel my bank card I order this from.
