I had my birth certificate, and when I submitted it to the passport agency they told me it didn't meet the requirements, and failed to return it. I'm now spending $169 to replace something I didn't lose or make the mistake with? Absurd.

I have tried by email and David from Customer Service Department kept sending emails indicating that information had not been received and I have been responding on every email and I was not getting anywhere with him. My payment t of 194.00 had already been paid. I am very unhappy with him. I decided to go on website and it was much easier and no headaches. I will be requesting full refund since I was told that emails were not received when like I mentioned every single one was submitted/replied to.
