Very easy to use. However upon payment, you find out what you are buying is an address/link to where and whom you have to contact (and pay) to get your document(s) from the county or state. So they are a middleman. It probably works well given so many people are satisfied customers, though I thought it was somewhat disingenuous making you think you were paying them to do the work. After realizing what I bought, I immediately requested a refund and almost as fast, received one. So kudos to them.
