$159 for someone on the other side of the planet to make you a basic drawing with incorrect dimensions. What you receive is an unprofessional, Busch league drawing that can't be trusted. According to USA Site plans my house is 7 feet wider and 4 feet shorter. AMAZING.

Well, that PDF got laughed at by the Building Dept and Totally Ticked off the homeowner and made us look like morons, this is all After I bought the premium site plan

Where do I start! This company was a life saver and money saver as well. Local architects quoted me for almost two thousand dollars for the work and a long time frame to get it accomplished. I found this site online and emailed them to let them know what I needed. I got a response in minutes and traded details on the email and they let me know how much to pay for my work. I pod and the same day already had sketches to go off of. They also tried to contact the city for me for specifics and went above and beyond. This is the place to go for your work and to save money!
