I love Myprotein's clear whey protein. I've tried several flavors and so far they are all excellent. Lemonade is my favorite. I wish they would bring back grape that they did as a special edition. Definitely recommend for anyone who doesn't love thick chocolate protein drinks.

Great products and great deals. The only drawback is that I accidentally started on the UK version of the site and noticed another slate of products (non-stim pre-workout and others) that is entirely unavailable in the US. It would be nice if those products made their way across the pond.

I really like MyProtein whey protein. So much so, that I still order despite having a lot of issues with their app and website.
Recently, I was trying to apply a discount code and ended up having two separate and very frustrating and long conversations via their chat box option for assistance. The people on the other end kept using canned responses that didn't make sense in context and they did not seem to understand what I was asking for. We were going in circles. One of them told me a customer service person would reach out via email. I received an email that told me to try something that did not work. You cannot reply to the email and there was no option for follow-up.
So finally, I tried to click the link on the myprotein webpage to send an email to myprotein and explain the situation and see if someone could help me. The link did not work in my browser or on my phone.
I eventually send an email to an address I found on line. I have not received a response.
Their app and webpages are clearly very buggy and it's impossible to get anyone to help.
It's a shame, because I really enjoy their protein powders. I will continue to order from them but I recommend them with caution.
I see now that they have responded and offered me $20 credit which they applied to my account. Unfortunately, the entire problem is that I could not access my account or reset my password. Maybe someday I’ll be able to get into my account and use that $20, it was a nice gesture, regardless.

Ordering was easy. With the special pricing at 50% off it seemed in line with other proteins I have purchased so I bought some.

Finally got an offer i wanted and made sense to purchase. I enjoy my protein drink after a work out — just checking out flavors

Great prices! A lot of flavors of the protein powders change around, but there are a few solid ones. I've seen reviews about bad flavors, but have not encountered one yet.

i am supposed to receive a 5% discount for ordering through the app and did not receive it. furthermore, i ordered my package 9 days ago and still have not received it, and got a message this morning saying there will be further delays. i ordered ahead of time so that i would not run out of supplements and because of the delay, i have no whey protein left.

Your pricing structure sucks, having to rely on constant "sales" to get a reasonable price. The" base" cost of products has gone up significantly. When I ordered an 11 lb bag of whey isolate at 40% off (after waiting months for it to be "discounted more than 30%), I then receive a 50% discount offer which I was unable to use because I wasn't one of the first 200 to respond. Very frustrating! Love your products, but your pricing methods are bogus.

It is difficult sometimes to get the correct item in the basket. By the time I was able to I wasn't able to get the 50% discount so I had to settle for 40%. I hate the decreasing discounts, but I like the product so sometimes I have to settle for the reduced discounts.

I absolutely enjoy eating the wafer bars. They are deeelicious!!
