Awful return process that rakes now into second month. Ridiculous.

I have bought matching swimsuits for my grandchildren for years. Great quality, look, and pleases all the kids!

Long (really long) time fan of Boden. Love the way they play with color and prints. Customer service is unsurpassed in the annals of retail. Excellent product quality. Can take a while to receive the orders-be patient! It’s worth it.

Took longer for the part of my order in the US to get here than the dress that came from Britain, but the dresses for my granddaughters are beautiful. When I called I was told they were short staffed so understandable.

Love Boden and how colorful their items are! Lately, it seems like the returns process takes so long, especially to get your refund. I don’t remember it being so long on the past. Because of this, as well as being fairly expensive, I haven’t been shopping here as much.

Extremely bad quality for the price being charged. The fit was bad as welI. The sleeves were so tight from the edge I couldn't keep it on for a minute. Very disappointed to see my order.

The Maeve Sleeveless vest in aqua green is very pretty just a little big. I looked back at the model online and I think it’s supposed to be that way and they are out of XS and I do love the colors so will keep the small.

Excellent product! The top swim shirt, the chameleon one is one of my son’s favorite. Great quality!
The short swim is a ish would come in slim sizes, I ordered a size down, fits him ok, still great quality shorts! Yes, they are expensive but you have what you pay for. My son swim a lot, and his skin is very fair(red hair) so he needs full coverage, the shirt even has a neck collar, which protects his neck even more. Great quality, and excellent design!
Please bring slim sizes for skinny people!

Great pants. I originally bought 8P but they were too big in the hips. Since no more petites were available, I bought 4R, which fit nicely, maybe a tad close in the waist. I wore them on vacation and they in fact were not tight but perfect. I love the pants

Great products really well made and sizes are true

The dress was quickly delivered to me in NYC. When I arrived on a visit to LA and presented it to my 3.5 year old granddaughter, she was delighted with it. So much so, she changed from what had been her favorite dress into the new pink one with ballet shoes on it. She loves dressing like a princess.
