Urgent Care Dental Anmeldelser 

My sister was given an appointment with the Bingley branch and we turned up to the appointment and to our dismay the doors were shut. When we rang them, they said they accidentally booked us in for a time when the surgery isn’t even open. They just asked us to come back later and when we asked them why they’ve been so unprofessional , the woman over the phone cut the call. Then we left a review on trust pilot to explain what’s happened and my sister received a call from the dentist apologising and saying they will give her another appointment and offered her a free clean. So my sister accepted and went to her appointment. Today, we received a call from Dr Zain Chishty asking us to remove our review because he gave us a free clean. When we refused and said it’s a genuine review and it was agreed that we would remove it for the free clean, he became hostile and said we’ve been rude and didn’t take any accountability for how their staff treated us over the phone. This is absolutely disgusting and the surgery doctors have no sense of customer service and have no clue how to speak to their patients who are paying for their treatment. You can just imagine how ill mannered and rude their admin staff are if the doctors act this way! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SURGERY!

Dentist arrives 35 minutes late, I paid privately for the repair of my fixed retainer wire. Unfortunately, the repair failed, requiring me to return to the practice, so that the problem could be rectified, to which another dentist also was 30 minutes late. Despite being given an opportunity to correct the original problem, the repaired retainer has subsequently detached again, leaving me at the stage I was at before attending and £120 down.

I have made 3 attempts to contact the practice and to file a formal complaint with request for a full refund for poor treatment. The practice has decided to ignore both my emails and follow up WhatsApp.

I have now passed this matter to the Dental Complaints Service for assistance.

I made an online appointment as I was in severe pain. The appointment was then moved to later in the afternoon. When I got there, the dentist hadn’t arrived meaning I only got a 15 min appointment rather than the 30 min I had paid for. I was in the dentist chair for less than 10 mins, during which time I was being pressured into deciding on a 5 or 10 year repayment plan in the region of £280 per month as well as being told I needed a scale and polish. They seem to know where they’ve got you when you just want the pain to end but I had to stand my ground and walk away, still in agony. I won’t be visiting there again.

Update…I attended another dentist this morning who provided antibiotics which is on a completely different scale to what Urgent Care Dental offered yesterday, ie root canal or extraction. Clearly this is all about making money and nothing else.
