I ordered the 3-pack mini Retinol Rapid Repair Dark Spot Treatment and it is BROWN not yellow as it appears on the product page. When I searched this phenomenon Google said it has oxidized and is no longer effective. I want a refund. How do I obtain a refund? Why are you selling old products? Shame on you!
Horrible company. They literally accused me of fraud and canceled my order because I bought extra sunscreen that was on sale. This company is insane. Stay away.
I happened upon this product after purchasing Rihanna's skin care line (I quickly determined that would be for my 20 year old) I've been using Urban skin Rx for about two months and I absolutely love my results. I had dark pigmentation around my mouth that has reduced in appearance by 80%!!! I must say, I've gone a day or so without completely or should I say thoroughly cleaning my face (water and moisturizer) you wouldn't know it unless I told you. My face is pliable, supple and hydrated. It's time to re-up as we say in the Chi!!! I definitely recommend this product. My skin is dry to dry, super thirsty. I've used Lancome' Absolue, Precious Cells, Tonique Comfort (Hydrating toner) and this doesn't compare to Urban skin Rx. I'm definitely a hard sell. I'm sold on Urban skin Rx, if you aren't, I'd be shocked.

UrbanSkinRx is a skin care company based in the USA who do skin care products for all skins and I would say non white skin. I am a black African woman and as my skin is aging, I felt it was important to start paying attention to my skin. I have dark circles forming and lines around the eyes. I really searched for a long time on the internet and tumbled on this company. Firstly they have a large range of products covering many issues that you might be facing (spots, aging, eyes, lips, acne etc...) It was easy to navigate their website and see what products they have and you can respond to an on-line questionnaire about your skin to help you understand which product might be the one for you. I think that their products can be considered as quite expensive, but you have special offers or they sell packs (I bought the 'ultimate pack' for example) and you make a great saving with the packs of products instead of buying the products individually.
My first buy (ultimate pack) with many products in it. It enabled me to try many products and to figure out which one was good for my skin.
They delivered my order on time (I live in France) and you can track your delivery. In reality you do not have to track your delivery because they send you a regular update directly to your email address. And then the shipping company send you a confirmation on when it will be delivered.
Be aware that if you live outside of the USA, you pay a shipping cost of 25 USD with your order which I think is quite reasonable. But you will also pay the shipping company customs fees. So, my first buy cost me 200 USD (including shipping) + 66 Euros to DHL for custom fees.
But I think the products are fantastic and worth every dime / centime.
On all fronts, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UrbanSkinRx!
