They gave me a used watch covered in scratches. One of the screws is missing, and the colors don’t even match... the watch is silver while the buckle is gold. This is completely unacceptable

We hv ordered on 28th Jan 2026 till date they are not showing correct delivery they are changing the delivery schedule by parter velocity shipping with. Very worst very worst service company. They are not returning the amount from 28.1.26 or sending the invoice delivery. People don't pay advance amount preior to delivery the good.
Very very Worst online shopping experience.

urbanshop \desire 100% FAKE..they have fake reviews, fake products on their website... I'm surprised the authorities haven't taken any action, but then again, it's PK, and anything is possible. Try leaving a negative review on their site. Hence, here for a warning to others

These are big-time frauds and cheaters, scammers. Don't buy anything from them. They give expired, low-quality, and fake products. Urbanshop.pk claims their deodorants are 100% original, but when I ordered one worth 3-4k, it turned out to be room spray in a deodorant bottle.

They are misleading people by providing fake perfumes and claiming that everything is original but it's not

Urbanshop.pk and desirshopping are both same stores ran by scammers in Karachi. I ordered Hublot Ferrari GT watch from these guy.
First of all the straps were torn and watch looked to be used.
Secondly watch was not working properly. So stay away from these scam website.

I ordered Baccarat Rouge 540 perfume from UrbanShop.pk on May 18, 2025, trusting their claim of 100% original products. But when I received it on May 21, it was a cheap clone, and the packaging was damaged. Despite multiple calls and messages, they ignored my requests for a refund or exchange. This is a clear case of fraud and false advertising. Don’t waste your money or time with this seller!
