I recently purchased a new motorcycle helmet and unfortunately noticed that the visor arrived slightly damaged. While this was disappointing at first, the way the company handled the situation completely turned things around for me.

I reached out via email to explain the issue, and their response was quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. They immediately arranged for a replacement visor to be sent out via next day delivery—no hassle, no back-and-forth, just excellent customer service.

Delivered on time and quality is brilliant

Urban Rider has some really nice bike gear at great prices too. The web site is easy to use, correspondence, dispatch and delivery is rapid. I ordered a helmet on the easter bank holiday then followed it up with an email to change the size and still took delivery on the wednesday and I'm up in North East Scotland.
Great people to deal with and I'll definately buy from them again.

Long wait for a delivery, why not next day delivery? You can do better!

Sizing guide was accurate with jacket fitting well, fast delivery and well packaged to protect the jacket in transit.

Went online, found 3 open face peaks i wanted, and a facemask. Ordered and paid. I even paid for extra post. Then noticed part of the order was going to be at least a week, and 1 item within 2 days. So i emailed asking the situation. No reply, thats ok i thought. Ive just looked and i can not find a thing of the order, and my account on their webiste i can no longer get into. My order is no longer, no replys to a simple email, no expenation. Was this all because i ordered and questioned? why? if you have items showing in stock, to then cancel the order and ignore the customer. Ive never ordered from this company, ever, so im at a loss as to why. I was looking at 2 new helmets as well.

I’ve bought a few things from Urban Rider over the years, they are always quick to deliver, ready to help with any queries, overall, nice people to do business with. My partner bought the Belstaff Cherwell, wanting something possibly a bit warmer than her Trialmaster. It arrived, was the usual Belstaff quality, was indeed snug and warm, had all manner of quality bits and shapes, a very nice jacket indeed. Ultimately though, she had to send it back as, like so many ladies motorcycle jackets, there was no room at all for a pair of boobs, why do they do that? Have clothing designers seen women?!
Anyway, lovely jacket, fabulous quality, and Urban Rider have helped with the whole shopping experience too.
