Great item, good material.

Very disappointed with their service. I had gotten in touch abt an exchange as it was too small. 5 emails 4 phone calls no reply over 2 weeks. I then had to place a new order in bigger size as it was a birthday present and it's taken forever to even get an authorisation for refund or exchange as a requirement as per website. So embarrassing to not being able to give a birthday present on time.
I then had to return it at my cost, so website claims about free return is not true at all. And again another email to say I had just sent it back for refund, and with the item returned attached a note with product to say just want a refund.
They still send it anyway even though I got in touch yet again about not sending it to me. We will not bother to return it at my cost 2nd time. Harness donated to charity. Lousy website, measurements inaccurate. Overall terrible service.

Ordered. Collar with bandana for a friend. So pleased with the quality and design I ordered one fir my dog too.

This was a unique harness,not available anywhere else,my dog has outgrown first one ,so second bigger one.Brillant harness,very well made .

Ordered on a Friday and delivered on the Saturday! Exceptional service!

Ordered items through their website, ordered with international shipping.
Order never arrived, communicated with them that it hadn’t and they had received the order back to their warehouse. Said they would send via a different courier and have not heard from them since.
Not replying to any emails sent.
This has been 2 months since original order.
Very poor customer service.
They have my money and are not doing anything about my order

Can't fault these guys - original harness was delivered next working day but was a bit tight and so they agreed to an exchange straight away and sent me a new one before receiving the original so I wouldn't be left hanging on.
Would definitely use again.
