I bought two Sergio Tecchini track tops at £59 each which was considerably cheaper than your competitors, the clothing quality was perfect, it also came with free delivery because I spent over £100 quid. Quality products and service

Not all the items turned up and I have struggled to communicate as I can’t get past the log on page.
I’ve emailed the hello@ email address provided but it hasn’t been replied to as yet??

Update:
This was a courier issue where a secondary package had been handed to a neighbour.
Urban were straight in touch with me providing the correct address for me to contact them by and were not at fault in the least.
Quite the opposite has been shown in their promptness and professionalism.
