Garfield was very helpful !!

Great self storage near Angel tube station. Easy to access, clean and secure - what more can I ask for. The keyless, app access control is a nice touch too.

Garfield is an awful manage.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Everyone working there is great at pretending to be nice but in reality what you get is aweful communication, and that includes constant lying, and a place that look high tech but keeps breaking down. I did not feel that my items were safe in this storage at all.

Mustafa was excellent. He provided exceptional service and went above and beyond. Ella was also very helpful. I highly recommend the service.

Mustafa was a legend at helping me move in my storage unit. He made the whole process really seamless even though I only enquired on the day. As a student who has stored at another storage company last summer this was definitely a more smooth process.

I have felt extremely welcome when using my storage locker at Urban Locker. The staff are always super friendly and are always on hand to answer any questions I may have. Ella and Garfield were extremely helpful when I was moving out of my Locker today and informed me of everything I needed to no! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Joanne made finding a place to store my things so easy. A friendly and professional environment with cameras on every corner and passcodes to get in and out of the storage facility. The highlight of my experience was the storage company’s thoughtful touch of hospitality; they offered me a cup of tea on my moving-in day.

There was a few times I went to drop something and there was no one at the desk. Again.

And they can’t lend you a trolley to bring stuff from nearby. They should have a deposit scheme

Highly recommend. Brilliant. Always had a positive experience. Super understanding team/company - always so accommodating. Had my locker for over a year and had no issues whatsoever, even when I needed to make late payments. Massive thank you to Joe, at Old Street, for all the help today. If you’re looking for storage.. definitely worth checking out Urban.

I booked with Urban Locker self storage for about 3 months as I needed storage over the summer and I must say my experience has been brilliant. Mustafa at the reception and Stephen through email were so friendly and welcoming and always gave brilliant customer service and quick replies. I think one of the main things to take note was the prices for such an amazing location as it was very affordable for a storage in the middle of old street. I 100% recommend this storage for everyone looking for a storage right in the middle of the city.
