Urban flooring outlet Anmeldelser

The 2 emails below demonstrate issues:Dear Sirs,

I recently made an appointment with you to have a site visit from your representative to discuss installing laminate flooring.

I was asked what colours styles I was interested in and was told that a range of samples would be brought to my property for the meeting.

On the morning of the meeting, your representative (Kyle? No card was left) was 25 minutes late, had no idea what sort of flooring was to be installed and had no samples with him.

Nonetheless he took measurements and said he would provide quotes.

I have heard absolutely nothing since and you will understand, am not too impressed.

Can you please let me know what’s happening? And for a further site visit, ensure it is a different and more professional representative.

Thank you.

Best,
Dear John,

Thank you for your email.

For clarification, Kyle is the owner of the company.

We feel it is best for both parties that we do not proceed any further.

Thank you for your enquiry, and we wish you all the best with your flooring project.

Kind regards,

Had a fantastic experience with Urban Flooring! From the start, Kyle was incredibly helpful. Came down himself during our appointment & took the time to walk me through the different product options & provided a clear, accurate estimate. The whole process was smooth, & the job started just a few days later. The fitters (Simon & PJ) were excellent—professional, efficient, & did a beautiful job. I'm really impressed with the quality of both the products & the service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch flooring solutions!
