Very professional
The photographer did a fantastic job. However, I think there were too many pictures taken of the kitchen. Additionally, the photographer moved some of the staging aparrently believing that things were out of place.

I have used this company several times in the past couple of years - they keep getting better and better with each photo session. They have added on their services and the owner, Kevin, is very involved and cares about his customers. Their prices are competitive - they have gone up, but so has their quality of service.

The photographer was quite skilled
The photographer was quite skilled. I’m happy with her.
But the online ordering process was
Flawed with errors, incomplete tasks.
I’m addition the virtual staging is still not delivered a week later, it’s promised (again) for later
Today.
I had to order a new virtual tour package today because it was omitted in the confusing online order form.
Other than the 4.5 star photographer, I rate the company 2 stars

I had to have another company finish the job...
I have used their services on a few occasions and had very positive experiences. My last experience was the worst service I have ever experienced in the years of working with real estate photographers.
Every business has problem once in a while but it's how they handle the problem that makes the difference between keeping a customer for life or loosing the customer and having them write bad reviews like this one.
They were 2 hours late for the shoot. Late in delivering the first set of photos and I still have not received the photos i needed for my client.
They could have made it right but I found that the Owner LIED to me right from the start. I like to work with local family owned business but I will not work with this one ever again. I plan to share the details of this experience with many of the agents that I work with.....

The photo shoot was 5 star
The photo shoot was 5 star. Photos showed the natural beauty of the home and wood floors.
I am unhappy with the increased cost due to travel to the property. Travel is a part of the cost of doing business. Will consider other vendors because of mileage cost.

We had to implement the travel fee to compensate for the increased fuel costs and those fees go directly to the photographer.
We are striving to eliminate these fees going forward.

Great Service, Simple to Use
I was recently looking for a real estate photographer for one of my listings, when I remembered some marketing emails I received from Urban Capitol Photography. I decided to give them a try. I went on their website, and was thrilled to find that I could make an appointment right there. They had a lot of open availability, and booking was quick and painless. I received an invoice to pay the day before, and my assigned photographer showed up the next day and did the shoot in 45 minutes. He took very nice pictures, and I got them back in less than 24 hours. Not only that, but the pictures helped make my listing very popular- I had an offer by Day 3. I was very happy with my service, and will definitely use them again!
