Urban Capitol Photography Anmeldelser

First and foremost, their punctuality is worth applauding. They delivered on-time service without any delays, allowing my project to proceed seamlessly. Their commitment to meeting deadlines was truly impressive.

The quality of their work is nothing short of outstanding. The photos they captured were of the highest caliber, showcasing every detail and feature beautifully. The flyer they designed was not only visually stunning but also incredibly effective in conveying the essence of the property.

The floor plan they provided was incredibly well-executed, making it easy to visualize the layout and dimensions of the property. Additionally, the aerial view they offered was a game-changer, providing a unique perspective.that added tremendous value to the marketing materials.

I can confidently say that [Photo Company Name] has set a new standard of excellence in their industry.

Urban Capitol Photography has always done a very professional job for me. The pictures are high quality and their communications are good as well.

They are always on time schedule and the gentlemen was very professional

The photographer you sent was prompt and very detailed. The cleaner did not come as planned so he had to present property photos and work around the cleaning that was not done. I thought to photos were excellent as did my colleagues who I shared the listing with. I like the quick turn-around time as we shot on Thursday afternoon and I had the photos to publish for Friday morning, in time to get the Open House schedule for the weekend.

Quality of photos.
Timely delivery of services.
Professional and courteous staff.

My property is condo. You should take a picture of clubhouse and outside of the gate.

I appreciated urban Capitol photography professionalism, promptness and making it so seem less.
They took amazingly beautiful pictures of our property that showed its grandeur.

Wonderful real estate photography. Easy to order and our photographer was very flexible with the site conditions. We are custom builders and always want to show our work before clients move in.

I'm a long time Realtor with several photographer contacts. However, unfortunately, I responded to one of Urban Capitol's marketing promotions. I met the first photographer at the property. He was nice. But, I immediately got nervous when I saw the equipment and techniques he was using. He seemed unsure of himself. 2 or 3 days later (considered a slow turnaround time) I received the worst photos I have seen in my 23 year career. It wasn't only that the len had had a smudge on it that caused all the photos to be partially blurry. The angles and lighting were also all wrong. When I asked for a refund (thinking of going elsewhere). The owner offered to retake the photos himself and promised a 50% discount/refund. I got the new set of photos 5 days later (again, a slow turnaround, especially knowing that circumstances). The new photos were only slightly better, as far as angles, lighting. Not only was the customer service lacking in empathy, softness and consideration, but the they ended up only adding a $100 credit in the account toward future bookings instead of following through with the promised 50% discount. We have no plans on ordering photos from them again. Too unprofessional with low quality work/skillset. My advice: go elsewhere.

Correction: This job was for my realty business, not solar business as the Reviewer name appears.

Nice photos, reasonably priced. Photographer more than 1 hour late for appointment, took long to receive completed order.

Thanks. You were impressive and professional.

You are one one of the best, I am totally happy to find you for my clients.

I had a wonderful experience with Urban Capitol Photography! Kevin was very professional, and I highly recommend him to anyone else.

The most accommodating photographers! Fast and reliable and unbeatable customer service!!!

I requested the photos on a previous photo shoot, and they had my pictures in the archives!!!

On time, pleasant and talented. Received exactly what they advertise--great photos, virtual staging and same day delivery. I am very pleased and will use them again.

I love how the photographer capture the actual space and does not make the pictures appear larger than the space actually is.

The photographer was professional, and worked in a timely manner. And just as importantly, he took some amazing pictures‼️‼️
