We provide lovingly created, handmade, low carb, low sugar, gluten free, diabetic friendly, and keto treats, breads, and special occasion cakes. All our products are made to order, either for you, as an individual customer, and/or for your shop, cafe or restaurant. Visit our online shop on our website to place your order. You can also contact us to place your order, request a price list, or for more information regarding local and national delivery. All direct orders placed in advance are available for collection in Norfolk Square, Brighton, BN1, usually in 24-48 hours, at no extra charge.

Pumpkin Spice Bundt & Cookies
The Pumpkin Spice Bundt was great! Really moist with good texture and taste, and loved by everyone, many not aware a low carb cake.
I’d also recommend the cookies (Maple Pecan & Chocolate Chip), although I didn’t share any of these!..
Great service and really well packed too! Thank you Anu. I will be returning to order again soon.

I ordered 30 assorted goodies for office staff to celebrate a birthday and they went down a treat with all - especially as they catered for different dietary requirements and tasted delicious. Anu was lovely to deal with too.

Wonderful low carb bakes and an amazing selection. I tried various treats and they were all delicious! Favourites so far are the apple tart and the coconut flapjack. Can’t wait to try out more stuff!

Up To Gnu Good saved a husband's life.
I forgot to place my order in advance for my wife's birthday, so I contacted Anu at the last minute.
She literally prepared two fantastic cakes in no time. OMG, those Victoria sponge and pumpkin cakes are so delicious that my wife and I could eat them daily.
The ingredients used are high quality and low in carbs and sugar.

if you are on a "special" diet either you have decided either you have been forced by healthy reason this is the place to have a look to . in addition the Owners is super friendly and happy to assist costumers , basically it ticks all the boxes

Delicious Low Carb and Keto treats
I ordered a range of products from this company, all were exquisite! The muffins were so light, fluffy and moist, the doughnuts must have been made with witchcraft to taste so good AND be low carb! Shortbread and Brownies were melt in the mouth. The foccacia tasted like regular bread but better, and Anu was so helpful with my queries and everything was beautifully presented and packed with full nutritional information. If I lived closer I would order every week, I'm making space in my freezer for I can do a mail order delivery, don't hesitate to try her products, you won't be disappointed!
