The product specs were exactly the same measurements to the original part. I got the part in two(2) days WOW!!. Price was less expensive than other sites. Overall, I would continue shop for all my auto needs here.

Although the part was claimed to be coming from my state, it apparently was shipped from one state over - not a big deal - except it took almost 2 weeks for the order to arrive!

That said, the muffler system was packed appropriately and was in ok condition. My mechanic said there was an issue with one of the fittings.

I purchased a stainless steel resonator assembly for a Subaru Outback. Yes, it's made in China, however the welds are immaculate, the bends are smooth, the overall quality looks great, it fit prefect, and included all gaskets and clamps. However there are a few disappointments. The unit I received is not as pictured on the web site. The one pictured is a two piece unit with a large resonator. The one I received is a three piece unit with a very small resonator. In fact the inlet and outlet of the resonator are about 1/2 inch smaller in diameter than the pipes. This is a potential restriction that I don't want since I tow with this car. The slip joints are chamfered and easy to slide together but each one is a potential leak. This resonator is also louder than the OE. Not overly objectionable but kind of raspy and definitely louder. Then, I discovered that the donut gasket that was supplied was incorrect so that was a trip into town to buy the correct one. When I contacted customer service about a possible credit on my next purchase to cover the cost of the gasket I was told I had to complete a request for refund form on line, which I did. A week later with no reply or follow up on their part I spent my $200.00 for mufflers elsewhere. My first impression was great. After the fact, not so much. I doubt I'll be buying any more exhaust from these folks.

Easy to order online, prompt delivery, quality of parts was decent, only problem I ran into was when I went to bolt up mufflers to exhaust pipe.
Bolts were welded to muffler flange, but kit didn't come with any nuts to bolt together. had to stop and run out and buy some metric nuts to complete installation. Outside of that, everything else was good.

I briefly read the reviews for UPSW and thought they were ok. I did notice that one customer wasn't happy because of poor packaging. When I received my replacement exhaust system it was damaged with dents and gouges. It was pretty bad that the muffler I removed after 120,000 miles was in better shape then the new one from UPSW. Their excuse was "we pack them loosely and some damage is typical." Another line was "The damage is cosmetic and won't impact its function." They did offer to replace it, but I didn’t have a month to wait. I also wasn't confident the replacement would be in any better shape. I will not order from them again and recommend others find a different source for replacement exhaust parts. The company response to my review was correct. I did suggest a partial return to save us both shipping costs. After seeing some other reviews I figured it was best to just cut my losses and not order from them again. The low rating was based on my negative experience with poor customer service and email responses after receiving damaged parts. Please take a look at their reviews on Google. Much different then this rating.

The original part didn’t fit due to my error but I we got it figured out and they shipped the right one. Everything was great

The whole system went together without any problems. Took me less than three hours to install resonator pipe assembly and muffler and pipe assemblies.

Good product easy installation for my exhaist guy no problems so far cant beat the price would buy again

Quality parts at great prices, just wish they would communicate shipping details, missed my package twice because they required a signature. Would’ve been nice to know.
