Ordered an exhaust kit that said includes muffler....no muffler! Our mechanic had to do a lot of extra work to get the tail pipes to work, making labor twice as much. I emailed about it and still no answer! I want credit for the missing muffler!!!!

Saved me over $600!! If I’d just gone to the local muffler shop the charge just for the exhaust was $895, and that didn’t include the labor. The exhaust was exactly as described, with gasket and both clamps needed for install. Literally all that I needed to pick up for install were the bolts. The mechanic who installed was impressed with quality, ease of installation due to perfect fit, and the quiet sound. Absolutely no rattles or vibrations. UPSW me so much money and trouble! Thanks so much guys! If I ever need another exhaust I know where to come, and I’ve already been telling friends about UPSW.

Everything fit perfectly on my 06 Ford Focus zx4. Tail pipe sticks out a little more than stock but no issues.

The ordering was good easy to use. But the improvement I see is that I had to ask when it will be shipped and for a tracking number. The web site should be set up where it can be made so that the customer can have access so we don't have to call.

The exhaust system went together pretty well. The hanger bars on the resonator pipe were mislocated a bit, but it still worked OK.
The hanger bars broke through the corrugated paperboard. Wrap the ends of the pipes and bars with bubble wrap before placing them in the corrugated packaging.

Overall, great experience and my parts arrived on time!

No bolts for tailpipe flange nuts were sent.pipe to catalytic converter flange 3"too short,otherwise item was shipped quickly,and everything else fits well.

Great price for an after market 2009 Nissan versa complete muffler replacement. The only issue I had was the bolts that come with the kit did not fit well. So my friend who is a mechanic had replacements. So no big deal. Other than that I am satisfied with my delivery and purchase.

Delivery was a bit slower than I anticipated, but my mechanic tells me this exhaust system is great, and way better than one he just installed that cost three times as much.
