Great curtomer service !!

I am very happy with their customer service. I needed to migrate my account from Shaw Academy to the new platform, and the support team guided me and supported me all the way. Now I have access to the new platform. The friendly team made my experience painless and quick. Many thanks !!

Mr power of knowledge

Mess

Their charges on credit card statements appear on the name of paddle.net. And paddle.net had no information on why they are charging you. Both paddle.net and upskilllist have no humans available to talk, and only bots. My bank had to inform me that paddle.net is charging for upskilllist since I disputed the transaction.

Started a Creative Design course and…

Started a Creative Design course and completed the 2 modules out of 4. The content itself was not too bad. Detailed and plenty of tutorials.

However, the end of module assessments were nothing short of a joke. Many of the questions are poor. For example, evveryone is multiple choice (which is fine) but at least 5 of them started with "XXXXX is defined as:" (or words to that effect) and then one of the answers would be a straight copy and paste of the question.

I luckily didn't pay for the course as it came as a free trial from some software I purchased. Unfortunately, I have had 3 calls in the last day from "student advisors" asking how I was getting on. I put in the job title in inverted commas because their real motive was to upsell a unique lifetime subscription with a saving of 90%! This was followed up by generic scripted emails to try and sell the offer.

Be aware that your subscription doesn't include the certificate to say you passed. That comes at an additional cost of £29.99. Likewise, if you want course materials, there is an extra cost to this.

I have now cancelled my free trial as the whole thing just stinks of a a scam to upsell and aftersell as much "extra content" as possible
