Unable to create account
I cannot create an account at all. If I try registering with my Proton Mail email address I get an error that says, "This Email Address is not allowed", which is ridiculous because Proton Mail is a legitimate email provider.
However, I even tried with a Gmail address and got another error: "There was an error processing your request. Please contact Customer Support". My wife tried to register with her own email address on a different computer with the same error message. We both submitted feedback to Customer Support, as directed by the error message, but all we got was "you'll hear back from us within 30 days".

No response from customer service

Horrible Acceptance Policies
While trying to start saving for my son's college fund, I was declined for their UPromise Credit Card due to "too few accounts" regardless of my 799 credit score that they acknowledged. I had wanted this card and account due to the ability to earn cash back rewards that go towards a linked 529 College Savigns Account. Additionally, I have no debt or late payments but was still declined. I am choosing to take my business elsewhere and have since closed out my account as I see no benefit without having the account's credit card. Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of good reasoning for decline.
