Do not apply. I was immediately approved for a loan. Called a representative to go over and finalize the loan that I was approved for and was told my funds would be sent within a few hours. I started the process at 9:00AM and heard nothing for hours even after submitting all requested documentation. Tried calling back for hours and could only get ahold of their "over flow" team which is a glorified human answering machine that promises call backs quickly but never deliver. At the end of the day still nothing back and cant get ahold of anyone. I feel as if I just donated all of my personal information to a fraudlent company.

Cause your website leaves a lot to be desired cause all the time when we try to log in appears a message "page expired" and that happens not only from a smart phone, it happens the same from a desk computer, you should to fix that issue cause that affects negatively your customers.

Initially this was a fairly easy process with no major concerns other than the incredibly high interest rate. However, this most recent request has highlighted some really concerning issues with their site and setup. The site is incredibly slow, the online agent just stalls if you ask to be transferred to a live agent. The “hello" and “customerservice" emails are bouncing back w/errors because they’re being forwarded to “afandino at covisian.com” which is undeliverable now. Both customer service numbers on their site drop you into an “all agents are busy” loop, no one ever picks up or calls back. Their emails are clearly working since they can send a payment reminder with no issue…but apparently can’t support customers or process anything? I don’t know what happened to their setup but this has completely destroyed any trust or confidence I had in this company.

Very easy application. Notifications from Uplift were always accurate.

The whole process for my loan was smooth and the representative was very helpful. My loan was approved a few hours later and funded the same day. Great experience.
