Good overall

We appreciated the opportunity to work with the Uplevel team and the level of expertise they bring to the table. It’s clear the team is very experienced in the strategies they teach, and the program provides a strong foundation of knowledge.

Our client success advisor seemed to struggle with staying on top of details of where we were in the process and details from previous meetings seemed to get missed, but after I shared feedback, things improved and we appreciated the effort to stay more aligned moving forward.

I think our biggest challenge was timing. We were able to get our structure set up create our entities and legal documents, which was a big step forward for us. However, by the time everything was finalized, our time in the program was coming to a close, and we didn’t have as much opportunity as we would have liked to really dig into how to operate everything day-to-day.

Going into the program, our main goal was to learn structure and strategy to lower our taxes. While we now have a solid structure in place that supports that, a good portion of the time was spent on asset protection, anonymity, and estate planning—important areas, just a bit different from where we initially hoped to focus.

With $20K invested in the program plus another $7,200 in legal fees, we were hoping to walk away with more clarity and confidence in implementation and operations moving forward. That said, we do feel like we now have a strong foundation to build from.

We truly appreciate the Uplevel team and the support they provided throughout the program. Hindsight is always 20/20, and there are things we would have emphasized more on our end rather than assuming we would get to them. I think with a bit more time and continued focus on implementation, this could be an incredibly powerful system for us.
