Standard of work excellent as always but the thing that transformed me over to them was the engineers that attended site to do the work. I run two independent gyms and use U2U to replace upholstery on my gym equipment.
The lead time on call outs is always quick and price is better than competitors. On this occasion, I submitted the request on Thursday and they attended on Friday.
The pads are removed from the equipment and repaired on-site, so the equipment/machine is only out of action for a few minutes.
