I love Upheal! It makes my documentation so easy and it just keeps getting better all the time. Tech support is very responsive and skilled. The positive customer service is an additional reason that I am so happy with this service. There are so many templates to choose from and it creates a case formulation and treatment plan, as well. I highly recommend this!

I had a problem with the Upheal application interfering with my MacBook Pro features, but Upheal promptly offered a a fix. I haven't yet implemented it, but will do so later.

Amazing customer service. My technical problem was addresses both with a response and check-ins, but also from the technical side. Everyone I have been in contact with has been courteous and helpful

As a new customer, learning their system which offers an incredible service of easy-to-use products, templates and guides, when I did have a customer support query, both Tyler and Katie were incredibly friendly, helped me understand what I needed to do, and were incredibly helpful. 20 out of 10 for customer support and management.

I am an OT. I write notes for early intervention for parents to read and understand the session. I have spent WAY too much time trying to tell this crap software how I want my notes to be written. It goes back to psych notes and add a bunch of stuff that was not in my original voice to text note. This is not user friendly if you are an OT writing simple narrative notes. STAY AWAY for this one!!

Also there was no way to contact customer service to chat about my problem.

Excellent customer service is the icing on the cake to an already phenomenal program. 💯 Recommended!

best price. it works exactly as advertised. it takes several attempts to create your custom note. perhaps as upheal grows this process can be simplified

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. I can’t say enough good things about Upheal. The program is reliable, and the notes it generates need little, if any editing. I’ve tried other platforms, but Upheal is superior.
Not only does it save me a crazy amount of time on my notes, but it also provides thoughtful ideas for future sessions by reading through the planning sections of my notes. The language Upheal uses is clear, accurate, and concise. I’ve used Upheal for both in-person and online sessions, with individuals as well as couples, and it consistently performs beautifully. Do yourself a favor and gift yourself Upheal, you’ll save hours of paperwork and get back to what therapists are meant to do, therapy

This company is responsive, thoughtful, and a pleasure to interact with.

Upheal is easy to use and very reliable. Allowing me to get bandwidth back (mentally and physically) to focus on my clients. I've grown to appreciate and trust their transparency and privacy as their platform put clinical outcomes and ethical practice first. I always feel like the providers and my clients come first, not insurance or investors.

I researched several AI behavioral health note apps and initially chose Upheal because they provide the option to note save the entire session. Instead, it just summarizes and organizes the session immediately and I can choose to accept just that summary. That allows me to feel more comfortable being HIPPA compliant. Upheal write more eloquent and thorough notes than I ever have in 20+ years of practice. It also saves me soooo much time. Upheal is one of the most valuable toolsI have as a psychotherapist.

I love using Upheal! It is a tremendous help with organizing and generating progress notes!

Love this service. It works really well and the team is constantly offering new features and is super helpful. Tamika is also incredible when it comes to getting informed and timely support!

This software oversells and underdelivers. I signed up for the highest tier because I do family therapy and they claim to support this modality. Unfortunately, this is a misleading claim. Upheal is not set up to capture family sessions. The family sessions have to be altered manually, and this hassle cannot even be done with an iPhone. There is a couples setting, but no family setting. Additionally, the software cannot seem to differentiate between higher-pitched voices very well. This is a problem as an AFAB therpaist when i am working with women, some trans* and some non-binary folks. Which templates are available for which sessions also boggles my mind. You cannot access the safety plan template from a couple's session. If you work with minors, as I do, all safety planning sessions involve more than one person. Even with adults I include family when I can. To add insult to injury, upheal doesn't offer live support. You have to find help yourself or wait for a week for someone to respond. I waited a week for someone to respond when Upheal wasn't capturing my online sessions. When I did (finally) receive a response, they emailed me a link to the same video I had already watched. After another email and more waiting, I was informed the video was "out of date". They wouldn't answer my question and instead sent me to a video with the wrong information. Getting support with all the glitches is impossible. if you do very simple, low-acuity work. this is probably very helpful. If you do relationship work, trauma work, and bill Medicaid like I do, it may be better for your wallet to wait for another company to evolve to capture more people in a session. Upheal is expensive and doesn't live up to it's claims.

This software is a game changer. I have reduced the number of hours I spend writing notes and am grateful to be able to devote more time to my clients.

I am truly happy with Upheal. This app has been super helpful with my clinical work. No longer am I working late just to finish notes. No longer do I have to type or write down notes let alone any information from the session. Upheal has given me the time I need to spend with my loved ones. I work 40 hours a week on top of being a wife and mom. So it's relieving not to spend my weekends doing notes. I highly recommend Upheal if you want support convenience and peace of mind.

Honestly, overall, my experience with Upheal is GOOD.
Some challenges I experience the following:
- Incorrectly identifying male and female voice, even if the transcript speakers have been adjusted.
- Some interventions mention dialogue that happened that wasn't correct
- Repetitive interventions under different categories
- Fixing the transcript can become time consuming when software isn't clear on who said what.

But I will not deny that Upheal has made my life 10x easier and I appreciate all the efforts put in to do just that.

Upheal provides many different features to assist in writing notes. It saves you time and summarizes the conversation in clinical terms.
