Scam or awful customer service?
I paid $15 for a 6 month subscription. For the first month and a half it worked perfectly, but I got a message saying that I was kicked out of my family plan.
I emailed the support team the same day or so and waited 3 weeks. No reply.
I sent another email a couple of days ago. No reply. If this experiment had worked or they had replied and made things better, I would have subscribed for a whole year next. But suffice to say, that ain't happening now.
