Mi experiencia con Upcomers ha sido muy negativa debido a la falta de claridad en sus términos y condiciones. Tras cumplir con todos los objetivos establecidos y alcanzar un beneficio neto de 9.037,50 USD en 37 operaciones, la empresa ha denegado mi solicitud de retiro y ha reseteado mi cuenta al saldo inicial, anulando la totalidad de mis ganancias.

Los motivos que alegan para esta decisión son cuestionables y no fueron informados con transparencia al adquirir la cuenta:

Regla de 'Tick Scalping' ocultada: Argumentan que un 10,8% de mis operaciones (4 trades) fueron 'scalping' al durar menos de dos minutos. Sin embargo, estas 4 operaciones aportaron el 86,5% de mis resultados netos. Es inaceptable que una regla de tiempo arbitraria anule la gran mayoría de la rentabilidad legítima generada en el mercado.

Aplicación retroactiva de normas: La empresa ha utilizado criterios de 'trading reactivo' y 'gestión de riesgo' para justificar la confiscación de beneficios, aplicando interpretaciones que no figuraban claramente en el contrato inicial.

Decisión desproporcionada: A pesar de haber operado con un registro positivo y haber demostrado capacidad para generar beneficios, han optado por confiscar el 100% del rendimiento obtenido en lugar de ofrecer una advertencia o diálogo.

Condiciones abusivas futuras: Como resultado de esta revisión, me han impuesto una cuenta con una nueva restricción: cualquier retiro futuro tendrá un límite máximo del 50%, lo que limita aún más la operativa.

Es importante que otros traders sepan que, al operar con ellos, corren el riesgo de que sus beneficios sean invalidados mediante el uso de reglas de 'letra pequeña' que no están diseñadas para proteger al trader, sino para retener el capital generado. No recomiendo esta empresa a quienes busquen una relación profesional y transparente.

upcomers flag my comments because they say, it was not genuine, i been trading coming to2 years now,if i feel that 500dollars a day is too much for a trader to do in a trillion dollar industry,. why they cant leave the requler $150 a day or $250.00 a day to help traders reach there target more quicker,also they dont allow martingale strategy which is allowed on many firms, but they dont, its 2026 heading to 2027, and we still banning that strategy is not right, we can trade but cant increase lot size,thats my honest opinion,if we can increase lot sizes on a broker as well, why cant a prop firm?

Aún no he logrado retirar ganancias de Upcomers, que al final es el objetivo de cualquier trader. Empecé con ciertas expectativas, pero la experiencia me hizo darme cuenta de que todavía había muchos aspectos de las empresas de fondeo que desconocía. Aprender operando con una cuenta real es muy distinto a verlo solo en teoría.

En mi caso alcancé un objetivo, pero la retirada no fue aprobada porque cometí errores relacionados con mi disciplina al operar. Cuando tuve dudas sobre lo sucedido, el equipo de soporte respondió de forma clara y se tomó el tiempo de explicarme cómo funcionan sus reglas y el motivo de la decisión. Agradezco esa atención porque me permitió entender mejor en qué debo mejorar.

Sigo trabajando para corregir esos errores y volver a intentarlo. Haber recibido respuestas claras y sentir que mis consultas fueron escuchadas me dejó una buena impresión de la atención al cliente.

I dont even know why I wasted my time with this company...funny part is...I read all the reviews beforehand...so thats my fault...but I said let me try it out...so I went with 24 hrs challenge account...I think its called the supernova or something...I did the 10k...because I wanted to see if they was legit first...All I had to get was $300 for my profit target...I hit it my target twice...yes I said twice...because the first time I had it...their 50 million rules prevented me to cash out....the catch to the 24 hour challenge is...they want you to trade for 24 hours in the market...so you can breach the account...either way I took about 30+ trades in 24 hours...something I never do...because any true trader knows the longer you stay in the market, quicker you lose your money...If I only got 24 hours, I'm going to look for market structure...find a good entry and execute a hight percentage trade and get out...and I had to do it twice...and after the 24 hours were up, I was well over my profit target...never got paid!

Stay away from Upcomers Prop firm.

My experience with Upcomers has been the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a prop firm.

I purchased a $200,000 funded account, followed the trading objectives displayed on my dashboard, and successfully met the required trading days, consistency requirement, daily drawdown, and maximum drawdown.

Through disciplined trading, I generated approximately $22,732 in profit.

To test the payout process, I was limited to only $2,000, leaving more than $20,700 in the account as not withdrawal even in future.

Instead of paying the $2,000, Upcomers rejected my withdrawal, invalidated my entire trading period, forfeited all of my profits, and reset my account back to the original balance.

The explanation I received came only after I had become profitable and submitted my payout request. Upcomers cited alleged violations relating to martingale, position stacking, tick scalping, and excessive position size. Whether those conclusions are justified or not, my concern is that rules capable of cancelling an entire profitable trading period should be presented clearly, prominently, and objectively before traders purchase an account—not only after they ask to be paid.

What disappoints me most is this: I was allowed to continue trading, generate over $22,700 in profits, satisfy all the visible dashboard requirements, and submit a withdrawal request. Only then was I told that none of those profits would be paid.

In my opinion, that is not the level of transparency I expect from a professional prop firm.

Upcomers advertises attractive promotions and profit splits of up to 99%, but my experience has left me questioning whether those advertised benefits can realistically be achieved if an entire profitable trading period can be rejected after the fact.

I have traded with other prop firms, including FTMO, and my experience there has been significantly different. My experience with Upcomers has completely destroyed my confidence in the company.

I invested my money, my time, and my trading skills in good faith. I made over $22,700, requested only $2,000, and ultimately received nothing.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Upcomers. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing an account to read every rule carefully, ask detailed questions about the compliance review process, and decide whether they are comfortable with the possibility that a profitable trading period could still result in no payout.

My concern has never been that Upcomers has Terms & Conditions or conducts compliance reviews. Every reputable prop firm has rules and performs payout reviews.

My concern is that I completed all the trading objectives shown on my dashboard, generated approximately $22,732 in profit, and only after requesting my first $2,000 payout was I informed that my entire trading period would be invalidated based on trading policies that were not, in my opinion, presented with sufficient prominence before purchase. Screenshot of dashboard and MT5 history and MT5 reports were sent to upcomers.

If these policies are serious enough to cancel an entire profitable trading period and forfeit all profits, I believe they should be clearly highlighted before traders buy an account—not only discovered during the payout review.

I appreciate your acknowledgement that the visibility and communication of these rules could be improved. I hope Upcomers will make those changes so future traders fully understand the risks before investing their money and time.

I appreciate that Upcomers has acknowledged the need to improve how its trading policies and compliance requirements are communicated. That was one of my main concerns from the beginning.

However, my experience remains unchanged. I met all of the trading objectives shown on my dashboard, generated approximately $22,732 in profit, requested only a $2,000 withdrawal, and my entire trading period was ultimately invalidated with no payout.

I respect that Upcomers stands by its Compliance Team’s decision. Likewise, I stand by my review because it accurately reflects my personal experience and the concerns I have about transparency and the timing of the compliance review. For which I sincerely deserve my payout.

I hope the improvements you mentioned help future traders better understand all of the rules and potential consequences before purchasing an account.

Yesterday i leave a review here about the manipulation of system. I wrote yesterday that how they changed the terms in front of me as i tried to buy the account. Then someone from this company gave a account of 50k as Compensation at WhatsApp and told me to remove the review and made me signed to a NDA contract. Now whenever I was making trades on trades they increased the spread on running trades in front on my eyes. I was at the front of my system. I was trading on gold and the spread was already too high to trade. but still i opened trades and all my trades was going to profits like 350-500$. And they increased the spread on running trade and close in negative -46$ and another trades also same. They are manipulating the running trades. I'm also worked as retention agent from 8 years. So don't try to oversmart with me. I know all these tricks. Don't believe this company at any cost. You will lose you money at all here. Just waste of time and money this platform. Now if they will even give me 10K dollars cash in hand, I will not removed the review. This company is giving me mentally stress only. Just waste and rubbish.

Upcomers have been genuinely easy to deal with from day one. The challenge cost is a brilliant price for what you get, and the user interface is great — loads of useful information right there when you need it. Their AI chatbot is perfect for any questions that come up, so you’re never left waiting around for answers. But the biggest thing for me is the payouts — simple, straightforward, and it’s honestly a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that actually pays out when they say they will. Would recommend to anyone looking for a funded account that does what it says on the tin.

If you’re a good trader, or if you’re seeking a prop firm to go with low cost, save your money! These people know how to make it hard for even a good trader to remain consistent. I’ve held on to a funded $50K account after they took my $100K account away due to a rule that wasn’t even explained correctly. However, this has to do with the $50K account. This morning I was trading the Nasdaq I was in profit and my SL was in profit as well. I was trading XAU and my SL was -$232. They manipulated the spread so much that they made my XAU trade go negative 376 and my NQ trade go negative 247 which caused my account to get breached! They can hit me up and do whatever, this review is staying up! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I initially had concerns about this prop firm after passing their challenge and realizing how difficult it could be to reach a payout because of certain restrictions that were not clearly highlighted before purchase.

The main issue for me was the Consistency Rule. While the rule exists in their terms, I believe it should be presented much more clearly during the purchase process and in the marketing materials. Important rules like this can strongly influence a trader's decision, and transparency is very important in this industry.

The consistency calculation itself can also feel confusing. For example, having two profitable days and one losing day can significantly affect the consistency score, requiring many additional profitable days to balance it out. There is also a minimum 2-minute trade duration requirement that traders should be aware of before starting.

However, I want to acknowledge that after sharing my feedback, the Upcomers team responded quickly and professionally. They listened to my concerns, offered a solution, and showed that they are open to improving the experience for traders. This is something I appreciate and I hope to see these improvements continue in the future.

My updated opinion: don't choose a prop firm only because of a low challenge price. Look for companies that are transparent about their rules and consistently work to improve trust with their traders. I appreciate the way Upcomers handled my feedback, and I will be watching how they continue to develop.

My experience with Upcomers has been extremely disappointing.

After successfully passing my challenge and requesting my first payout, I was suddenly accused of violating trading rules that I genuinely did not understand were being applied in the way they were. By the time those rules were explained to me, it was already too late and my payout was denied.

The support team spent weeks defending their decision instead of trying to find a fair solution. Throughout the process, I received inconsistent information, and several things I was told were "impossible" later changed. That completely destroyed my trust in the company.

I was even offered a settlement agreement that included a confidentiality clause preventing me from publicly discussing my experience. That alone made me very uncomfortable.

After investing a significant amount of time, money and effort into Upcomers, this is not how I expected to be treated.

My advice to anyone considering this company is simple: do not assume that reading the main rules is enough. Make sure you have every single rule confirmed in writing before you risk your time or money.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Upcomers.

My experience with Upcomers has completely destroyed my trust in this company.

I successfully completed my funded trading cycle, generated over $4,300 in profit, respected the maximum drawdown limits throughout the entire period, complied with the required trading days, and met the consistency requirements of 20%. Despite this, my payout was denied based on what I consider to be subjective and retrospective interpretations of my trading.

What is particularly concerning is that I proactively contacted Customer Support before requesting my payout because there is a "Tilt Control" metric on the trading dashboard. I specifically wanted to ensure that my trading did not violate any rules.

The response I received was crystal clear:

"Tilt Control is a behavioral nudge, not a rule or breach."

Relying on that guidance, I continued trading in good faith.

Only after I requested my payout did the Compliance Team decide that my trading supposedly resembled prohibited strategies such as Martingale and Tick Scalping. Their explanation was that my intent was irrelevant and that they assess trading solely based on patterns they identify during a manual review after profits have already been generated.

The most alarming part is that they were unable to provide any objective thresholds that would allow a trader to determine in advance whether their trading is compliant. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the final assessment always rests with the discretion of their Risk Team.

Think about what that means.

You can ask Customer Support whether your trading is acceptable.
You can receive reassurance that your behavior is not a breach.
You can complete every published requirement.
You can manage your risk responsibly and remain comfortably within all drawdown limits.
You can generate profit.

And yet, your payout can still be rejected because the Compliance Team later decides that your trading pattern falls outside their interpretation of the rules.

To me, this is not a transparent compliance process. It is a system where the final decision depends on subjective interpretation after the outcome is already known.

I have no issue with companies enforcing clearly defined rules. I do have an issue when those rules become so discretionary that traders cannot reasonably know whether they are compliant until they ask for their money.

If you are considering Upcomers, don't assume that passing the challenge, respecting the drawdown limits, or even seeking clarification from Customer Support will protect your payout.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a transparent and predictable prop firm.

Scamm propfirm. Just had a vanguard live account and I was 2 days away from payout was in profit, and then they started closing my trades, If I could leave -5 stars I will do it❌❌❌❌

I had been trading successfully with Upcomers and even received a WhatsApp message describing me as a VIP trader. However, shortly after I submitted a payout request, my account was permanently suspended.

The reason given was "account sharing." I was told that my account and another trader's account showed overlapping device and network data. I explained that I am a university student living in shared accommodation and regularly using shared university and dormitory networks. I also explained the circumstances surrounding my device usage and offered to provide supporting documentation, including my university enrollment and residence permit.

Despite my cooperation, I was not provided with any specific technical evidence supporting the allegation. When I asked for the dates of the alleged sessions or clarification regarding the findings, I was informed that the company does not disclose the technical evidence used in its compliance investigations.

My funded account was permanently terminated, my pending payout was declined, and I was told the decision was final.

I fully support fraud prevention and understand that prop firms need to protect their platforms. However, I also believe that when such a serious action is taken against a trader, there should be sufficient transparency to allow the trader to understand and respond to the allegations in a meaningful way.

I am currently pursuing a formal review through the company's Compliance Team and hope they will reconsider the case after reviewing all of the relevant facts and documentation.
