I only recently found Untuckit and made my first purchase. I have to say that everything was fantastic. Tyler in customer services responded to my concern within a few hours (I’ve been waiting for JD customer services for weeks) so in comparison this was very quick and professional.

The shirts themselves are quality, I love the two I purchased. The fit was perfect, and true to its description, the material is far superior to any shirt I own, and they look great on me (according to my mrs).

Delivery was within 2 days and Hermes we’re trustworthy as they left it secure when I wasn’t home.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and I shall be recommending to my friends/family. Thank you

Adjusting my review after the initial concern of not being able to use their official returns process. Went to read other reviews with similar experiences here and got really concerned. However contacted them via Facebook, got a reply a couple of hours later and a free returns label + a 25% off voucher. Could not fault their service and will be ordering again!

They offered a deal for NHS staff to thank them for their efforts during COVID, only to cancel my order the following day. From other reviews it looks like they have done that to every order. Very poor show. After being impressed with the range of sizes and shirts online I was looking forward to receiving my order to see what the quality was like before buying a few other items. That definitely won't be the case now!

Absolutely dreadful, stated there was an offer on for emergency services, placed tge order with no issues however tge following day had my order cancelled. I wonder how many other customers have had their orders cancelled!? I'm guessing all of them.
I won't be using this over priced company again.

No its not, i still cannot use the code and it states the shirt (i tried several) wasn't in the offer. Not happy.

Just bought a few shirts and not be any happier. Perfect fit and great quality. Real gem of a find.

Customer service is terrible. No responses to emails at all. My order has stated ready to ship forever and never moves. Really sorry I ordered no!

Untuckit did reply to me that losing packages does happen. That was not my concern! I contacted them many times about where my order was and no one responded! They only responded after my bad review. THAT is what made me give a bad review! Not losing the shipment.

If they don’t care enough to respond to their customers AFTER they bought a product, then that is a sign of a not good company. A company I do not want to buy from.

I’ve bought a couple of shirts from UNTUCKit in and they’ve always fit great! I’m tall and find shirts often hang off me, but they do loads of different size options. Excellent service in the Covent Garden store and will be back to get some more for the summer.

I have nothing but positive feedback for this company. I am unsure what the below comments are about as I have ALWAYS had excellent customer service in store and since lockdown I have ordered online and the service has been second to none. The shirts and trousers fit perfectly and the quality is excellent. I ordered as a gift for my husband last year and he loved it so much he has continued to shop from here. Great company.

Initially a skeptic of an ‘untucked’ shirt, but now a complete convert.

I’m a repeat customer with UNTUCKit. I first purchased two shirts in the Covent Garden store. The service was great, I was measured for my size and also treated to a whisky whilst trying on the shirts! I am broad and have always struggled to find a shirt that isn’t too long when untucked. The UNTUCKit shirts look great and I recently purchased two of the linen shirts which I am very happy with. I found the website helpful and the purchase was made easy as I knew my size.

Bought just a shirt originally, but was so happy with the fit, the quality and the fancy box it came in, I treated myself to a pair of grey chino shorts as well. Once you have found your fit they are a keeper. 👍

Ordered 2 shirts as I thought they looked great on the website.went for large instead of my usual medium as it says they’re smaller fitting.Way too big and not worth the money in my opinion so I returned them with the prepaid envelope which DHL printed off for me.Finally received my refund into my account after 3 weeks of them receiving my returned shirts,after I mentioned the consumer ombudsman

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Terrible service - clueless or unhelpful email correspondence. Shirts are ‘ok’ but not worth even the discounted price I paid. Not much shorter or sharper than regular shirts. I gave up on the opaque returns process and just kept the shirts as I value my time more than the hassle. Woohoo - I now have two reasonably ok shirts that I overpaid for.

Not really what it says on the tin.You look at the photos of all the models and the fit looks great but when i received mine it seemed like a normal shirt.I'm 5'11 and take a large or XL depending on manufacturer so went for xl as they say their shirts come up slightly smaller than other brands.The shirt didn't seem much shorter than my regular shirts and it felt a bit bulky. In the photos you can just about see the top of the trouser pockets with the models hooking their fingers into them. Well, when I put on the shirt it's hanging way lower. Disappointed. Designs and colours look ok. Shame about the fit.

Absolutely horrendous service.
Completely agree with the below that it is impossible to return items for free. This is a complete lie that returns are free. Given the current situation they offer no help or support and are incredibly rude.

Will never buy from them again. Not worth the trouble

I do not normally post reviews but I've made an exception in this case, I totally agree and echo the previous reviews, I cannot think of a good thing to say about this company and would give them no stars if possible. Products are of poor quality and as for being designed to be worn untucked that is just a joke. I am short (5' 6") and do find that many of the shirts on the market do look long when worn untucked, consequently I thought this company offered me a product I could eventually wear untucked. Sadly that was not the case the shirts supplied proved to be longer than shirts from a variety of brands already in my wardrobe. What a waste of time and to add insult to injury the returns are NOT FREE as advertised. Untuckit don't charge but you are forced to return goods via DHL and it cost me £20!!!! Totally useless and untrustworthy company do not buy from them, you will regret it, I just wish I'd read previous reviews before I ordered anything.

Quick update I posted a negative review on the Untuckit site yesterday......surprise surprise they have since deleted it. Says it all really!!

Poor customer service. 3 minutes after placed order messaged the customer care team to change address, got a reply the next day - sorry we already shipped. That is terrible service.

I bought 2 shirts, poor quality, the material is paper thin. They arrived today and I have already tried to start the returns policy. Guess what, they don't recognise my order number or ZIP code. Its the same order code they e mailed me and they managed to deliver them to my address, so they have my ZIP (post code). Save your money, M&S half the price & twice the quality.

Dont waste your money. The shirts are good quality but thats all . I was fed up of buying shirts that were too long so when i heard about untucked i was looking forward to finally getting a shirt that fited me right. So 2 shirts and 160 pounds later guess what...long sleeves that were to my finger tips and the untucked bit that they base there business on was as long as all other shirts i have in my wardrobe...absolute joke. Steer clear.

Wanted to return a shirt it was so difficult!,
Ended up paying to return it despite the website saying free returns and still waiting for a refund
