Very enjoyable three night stay in Reggie. Cabin was comfortable and warm and situated in a peaceful location surrounded by woodland teeming with wildlife. We saw deer and hares from the cabin and whilst on local walks. The pubs in nearby villages were welcoming and served very good food. Fascinating visit to Hereford Cathedral just half an hour away.

First off... I gained serious Brownie Points for finding our Unplugged cabin! We couldn't have picked a better location (Mabel in East Sussex), you're in a lovely secluded location, not far from Robertsbridge, Battle and Hastings. Loads of local pubs for lunch or dinner and if you like to walk, there are plenty of local trails and woods to explore. The cabin has everything you need as well, supplied with kitchen equipment, games, books and a radio... all you need to literally unplug yourself from the digital world... I think the bed is the best part, surrounded by windows and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in! We wouldn't hesitate to stay with Unplugged again, infact, we're looking for one in a different location for our next road trip.

We stayed at the Taffy cabin in Wales and it was amazing!
The setting was beautiful, it’s secluded, quiet and the view from the windows in the morning is perfect - we’re missing it a lot now we’re back in London! The cabin is on a farm with lovely farmers but you’re not near them so you have complete privacy. Stargazing at night was magical as there is no light pollution and the little stream at the bottom of the field is a lovely little morning wander with the dog and a coffee. You have fantastic walks straight from your door step and we even took a drive to Ynyslas Beach which was lovely. We have a whippet and he loved all of the walks and all the space he had to roam (on a long line as there are lambs in spring!). Can highly recommend the 20 min drive to The Harp in Old Radnor too - amazing beer garden and fantastic views - really great proper pub grub too! I really can’t fault anything - the cabin is really well equipped and beautifully finished. We would 100% come back!
A few things to note (none of these are complaints!) - pack light (or lighter than we did 😂) as you have an uphill to take your things in the wheelbarrow. If you want to use the hot tub, it takes a good 5 hours to fill and heat so I recommend doing it ASAP as then stays quite hot for your entire stay and then you’ll only need to heat it up for an hour or so before using. Also, if you are taking a dog just be aware there are 4 (quite protective) sheepdogs down at the farm that roam around - I think they were extra protective because it was lambing season but just be aware if you do have a reactive dog as you will encounter them! They thought our poor little London whippet was a sheep I think and did try to herd him 😂 The farmers are really lovely though and will accommodate if you need any help with the dogs at all.
All in all this was absolutely amazing, it far exceeded our expectations. The communication throughout was also amazing, they’re super quick to respond to any questions over text!

Had a wonderful stay in Otto this week with my mum. Great location and lovely to be woken up with the sounds of birds and a view of the trees. Loved the retro extras in the cabin (cassettes and Polaroid camera) and the wood burner. Allowed us a few days to switch off and live in the moment.

The unplugged team could not of been more helpful during the booking process and provided detailed answers to all questions with accompanying pictures. “Frank” was perfect, super comfortable, extremely quiet and the fenced area was a god send for when the pooch wanted to pop out for a quick wee. Took opportunity to do the 8km loop walk suggested which was just the right length. All in all a great digital detox that I will be keen to repeat.

We had a fantastic time and were supported throughout the booking process. Really grateful for the fantastic and well-thought through system they have in place to make everything smooth and easy as possible :)

My wife and I booked an Unplugged stay to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, what should have been a special experience turned into a very stressful one due to power failure issues during our stay which left us without hot water, reliable electricity, or proper support when we needed it.

To their credit, after I raised a complaint they eventually acknowledged the seriousness of the situation and promised a full refund. This is where the real problem began.

What followed has been nearly three months of delays, broken promises, and being repeatedly ignored.

Some highlights of the experience after the refund was promised:
• Weeks of no responses to emails
• Promises of updates “within 24 hours” that never came
• Being told the refund was being processed when nothing actually happened
• Having to open disputes with my credit card provider just to get attention
• Only getting responses after escalating legally
• Being ghosted again after being told the issue was resolved

At one stage I even closed my credit card dispute and paused legal escalation because I was told the refund was being handled, only for communication to stop again.

I want to specifically mention the Customer Service Manager, Jordan, who consistently responded with long, AI-generated apology emails but failed to actually follow through on what was promised. At a certain point, apologies stop meaning anything if nothing actually happens.

I want to be fair: the idea behind Unplugged is genuinely excellent. The cabins, the concept, and the intention behind the brand are smart. But a premium experience ang a premium price point also requires premium reliability and accountability when things go wrong, and that is where this experience completely fell apart.

At this stage, this review is simply a factual account of what has happened. I had deliberately held off posting publicly because I was repeatedly assured the situation would be resolved properly.

I am now at the point where, unless this is finally resolved, I will have no choice but to continue formal recovery action.

I genuinely hope Unplugged improves their operational follow-through, because the concept deserves better execution than what we experienced.

This will become a medical prescription to heal the mind by 2035.

We stayed in Peggy and had the most wonderful time! Everything was as described and we felt totally unplugged! Could not recommend more if you want a walking/relaxing holiday!

A trip to remember, really enjoyed our stay in the Russell cabin! very comfortable, warm and inviting with incredible views!

I absolutely loved my stay at Koya. The info that Unplugged provided before my stay was incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience one I'd be keen to repeat. As a solo traveller, the cabin was perfect, even in rainy January, and my love for a game of solitaire next to a fire has been rejuvenated!

Thank you for an experience I will genuinely carry with me. Tucked away in the quiet of the woods, the cabin felt like a sanctuary — a place where the outside world finally fell away and I could simply be still. The seclusion gave me the space I didn’t know how much I needed: space to breathe, to reflect, and to slowly come back to myself.
Everything about the cabin felt intentional and caring, providing comfort without distraction. At first, the idea of being completely off-grid was intimidating. Letting go of constant connection felt uncomfortable and unfamiliar. But in that discomfort, something shifted. The silence, the simplicity, and the absence of noise allowed a sense of calm and clarity to surface that I hadn’t felt in a long time.
This experience reminded me how powerful it can be to step away, to disconnect, and to truly listen to yourself. I am deeply grateful for the chance to unplug, reset, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and renewed.

The location was beautiful. Its in private grounds so if its isolation and peacefulness you're after this is perfect.
We got lucky with the snow which turned our stay into a magical experience.
The woodland and river are wonderful and the views from the cabin do not disappoint.

We absolutely loved our stay in Arwen. The cabin itself was beautifully clean and stocked. Grinding our own coffee beans in the morning was a dream and everything was just built inside for a relaxing trip added with the phone-box to lock away our devices.. which was a treat! The log burner was a treat after an afternoon walk and the games were stocked well. It was the cosiest, most relaxing trip we’ve had in a long time and we miss it already. We will definitely be back! The views were amazing from the window of the cabin and the cabin surroundings were secure enough for our little Border Collie to run around and be safe. Customer service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them and the added sauna experience in the forest was incredible! The loveliest stay ever and we cannot wait to return!

This was a wonderful place to escape to. The team appear to have thought of everything and the cabin itself was very well stocked. No luxuries unless you count splendid views, many birds and animals and just the sound of the trees and starlight peeping through them at night. Lots of fun lighting the stove and getting warmed up and we were always cosy. Beautiful countryside to explore and a friendly pub 1/2 hr walk down the road with a great food menu.
Highly recommended.

Staying in the Willow Cabin was an absolute dream! It was relaxing, inspiring, and such a mental reset; finally stepping away from work and Instagram scrolling. My boyfriend and I spent our days reading, playing board games, cooking, and grilling outside the cabin. I had so much fun with photography too, with the instant camera in the box, and my Canon. Spending uninterrupted quality time with my boyfriend made it even more special, helping us connect on a deeper level.
Plus, the nature around us was breathtaking and the nearby area had the cute pubs and farmshops. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and grateful. Highly recommend to everyone!

We stayed at the Stanley Cabin - what a unique and refreshing experience. Tastefully styled, impeccably clean, beautiful views and all you needed for a super-comfy Digital Detox. Clair was so friendly when we arrived and helped us on our merry way with our wheelbarrow! I encourage anyone who needs a break from all the stress WhatsApp brings to try this experience. We chatted, went for walks, played board games, read books and cooked on an open fire. We returned with a pact to spend more quality time together, and are thinking of getting a lockbox for our phones at home :)
