IT’S A SCAM!

Avoid this company.

I was charged for two subscription boxes that were never delivered, despite payment being taken from my account. I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times using the email address they provide, but I’ve never received a single response.

The lack of communication is shocking and the refund process has been non-existent. At this point, I feel completely ignored as a customer.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of money.

I have been subscribed to Unndr for almost a year. I've been charged for both March and April subscription boxes. The March one was late and after quite a while, we were informed that due to current world events, they will be stopping the subscription and adding something extra to the package to make up for the April subscription that would not be sent out. In my box, I received 8 (!) March bras, but no bottoms and also nothing else (which is, honestly, the least of my worries). I contacted them multiple times about this (and about another order I placed which has not yet been sent out), and have not received an answer in more than two weeks. Now, their website is not working. Horrible communication and customer support.

I placed an order over three weeks ago and I haven't gotten any updates about shipping or anything at all. on the website it said shipping would take 5 days.
I wrote an email with my order details to customer service a week ago but haven't heard anything. I even wrote a DM to wich I got the response to write an email to customer service but no answer regarding my order.
I am very disappointed and frustrated since I feel like I'm being completely ignored. If you have a customer service you should be able to reply to the customers.

I ordered a few sets a while ago but one came broken with the bra wire sticking out, and they sent a wrong size in a pair of knickers. I contacted them and they sent me replacements which I appreciated. When these came, the new bra also broke immediately and when I tried to get in contact again to return everything as I could now see the quality just isn't there, I received no reply. I tried getting in contact for a third time and still... no reply. All I want is to return my order and get a refund - I have given them plenty of time to get back to me!

Bon délai de commande cependant sur les 4 coffret d'ensemble acheté j'en ai reçu seulement un plus le porte jarretelle sans le reste et le manque des autres coffrets c'est inadmissible . Aucune réponse de la part de la marque après essai de prise de contact avec preuve .

I placed an order for the monthly subscription and was so excited ... my card was charged right away. After a week, I realized I had an order confirmation but no shipping. I reached out to customer service and was told "tracking information is coming this week". That information never came. I emailed saying I was going to dispute the charge and never heard back. STAY AWAY

There was a bit of a delay with the march subscription box, due to whats going on in the world right now i can understand why, recieved it today and its amazing quality as usual and so beautiful, cant believe that because of the inconvenience they added 2 more sets and 3 thongs in my parcel!You truly cannot go wrong with this brand they are top tier!! Thank you guys for being so amazing❤️

I sent an email prior to leaving my last review once i left a negative review i got an email back. This email was really helpful saying i couldnt get a refund but they would help me find a style that would fit my small bust as the last one left me feeling so shit about myself. I took the measurements as requested and havent heard back since! This has been at least a month! Im so disapointed as this was a treat to myself and ive wasted money on something i can't do anything with.

After being subscribed since January, I have been charged for 3 boxes, had 2 orders confirmed, and only 1 set actually delivered. I have since cancelled my subscription to stop further charges and despite multiple attempts to contact then, I have been ignored for the past 3 weeks.

This has been incredibly frustrating and what was meant to be a nice gift has become a display in poor customer service and communication.

I am still waiting to hear back about these orders and/or refunds.

A shame really, the one that did arrive was lovely.

Have made 5 payments now and only received 2 items. Emailed multiple times regarding this matter and again no response.
Happy to keep sending emails out to me regarding promotions but can’t help me settle this issue.

One item didnt come from my order and I've contacted customer service when someone finally got back to me after two weeks, I replied choosing what I wanted to do with my missing item and no ones responded even though I've contacted customer service like twice.

Im happy with the quality of the items I recieved.

I ordered a mystery underwear set in February which was supposed to come in March latest. I haven’t received it still and it is almost May. I have been chasing it up for a while and had no response from customer service but I messaged on instagram and was informed of shipping delays. This has not been communicated by email and I find this whole experience truly disappointing. Their condolences for an almost 2 month delay is a 20% off code for the next order. This is unsatisfactory and I will never be purchasing from this company again.

I have been with unndr for almost 2 years. But I have sent 6 emails asking about March set with no response and now I want to cancel my subscription. Come on guys !!!

I have been trying to contact Unndr for two weeks now, through email and through their contact form on their website, and then also on Instagram. All forms I have tried twice with no response. It's a shame because I really love the items I received, I just wanted to exchange the sizes. If that wouldn't have been possible, I would still appreciate a response. Really bad customer service, so I won't be ordering again.

I’ve been waiting for my order over two weeks, which although happens sometimes is frustrating with no responses to my multiple emails. I continue to receive ads and promotional emails with no response and no update on my order.

No update on shipping info after 10 days. Have emailed multiple times and not a single response.
Said 2 days shipping but zero updates. Feels like i got scammed.

This company was great when they focused on the underwear subscription.
I have had monthly sets delivered for around 8 months. Recently since the beginning of the year I don’t think I have had a set arrive in the correct month, they no longer inform you when sets are delayed. The business still seems to be introducing new products but the subscription service for underwear is in a massive decline.
Customer service has declined too, unfortunately I will be cancelling my subscription.

I have paid 4 months worth of my subscription and have only received 1 set of lingerie. I have emailed and contacted Unndr who responded to me saying there is a delay but following this email no one is responding to me after more emails of me chasing and instagram messages. I am trying to get a refund for all the months I received nothing and my subscription cancelled but just getting completely ignored. Don't bother it's a total scam and the one set that did arrive is really bad quality.

Poor quality item, sent back and promised refund, still no refund, have had to raise a dispute with my bank now.
Awful company. Rubbish quality

shit company, I ordered 3 sets from them, one missing the bra and the other missing the underwear- tried contacting them THREE times and had no response, dont waste your money
