I decided to purchase an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D server from Unmetered. Initially, I experienced payment issues, but eventually decided to pay using my Revolut card, which I considered a reliable and secure option.
After configuring the server, I proceeded to checkout and paid $188. Immediately afterward, I received an email informing me that their security team had placed the payment on hold for 15 days. They also stated that my Revolut card had been added to their whitelist, meaning that any subsequent payment would be processed successfully right away, while the first payment would be refunded to my card.
Following their instructions, I made a second payment of another $188. Including fees, I ended up spending approximately $380 in total.
To my surprise, when I logged into my account, I saw that the payment had been marked as successful. However, just a few minutes later, my account was blocked.
At that point, I became seriously concerned that I had been scammed. Since then, I have been unable to access my account, customer support has not responded to my emails, and I have received neither the server I paid for nor a refund for either payment.
This experience has been absolutely unacceptable. A company should not encourage customers to make a second payment by promising that the first one will be refunded, only to subsequently block their account and stop responding.
I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before trusting this service with their money. In my experience, Unmetered has failed to provide the service I paid for, resolve the payment issue, or communicate with me in good faith.
I expect a full refund of both payments. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this provider to anyone.

We purchased a dedicated server and sent approximately **300 USDT in total**, but we have not received the server we paid for.

Our initial cryptocurrency payment had a small shortfall of approximately 3 USDT. After contacting support, we were instructed to make another full payment of 179 USDT.

Before sending the additional payment, I repeatedly asked their operator, Stephen Fulton, to confirm whether the payment would be credited to our order. Support explicitly assured us that the payment would be credited and our server would be provisioned after submitting the transaction hash.

We followed those instructions, sent the additional 179 USDT, and provided the transaction ID.

However, instead of receiving our dedicated server, we encountered several serious problems:

1. No dedicated server appeared in our account.
2. Our previous support tickets containing payment instructions and confirmations disappeared.
3. Our customer account was marked **"Closed,"** preventing us from accessing our order.
4. We received no satisfactory explanation for what happened to our payments or server.

This experience has been extremely stressful, particularly because we urgently needed the server for a website migration.

I cannot determine why our account was closed, but the combination of missing payments, undelivered services, and lost account access raises serious concerns.

During pre-sales inquiries, they present themselves as an independent infrastructure provider and use high-performance network data, test IPs, and AS60068 (which actually belongs to a completely different, legitimate enterprise network: Datacamp Limited / CDN77) to look highly credible on paper.

Red flags immediately appear when it comes to the checkout process. They do not accept standard, secure, and protected payment methods like PayPal. Instead, they force you to complete the payment through a single, highly suspicious crypto payment processor that has been heavily flagged by other users for "losing" transactions. According to recent reports, once you pay, they claim the funds are missing and demand a second payment to a different wallet before blocking the account.

This is a textbook crypto scam hiding behind someone else's infrastructure data. Do not send them any money. Stick to legitimate, verified datacenters.

SCAM ALERT

I placed an order with Unmetered and completed the payment using the QR code and wallet address provided during their checkout process. The transaction was successfully confirmed on the blockchain.

After the payment was completed, I was informed that the funds could not be located in their billing system. Initially, support referred to issues with a company called "ALTOS" (which later appeared to actually be Atlos, the payment processor).

Despite the payment being sent to the QR code and address generated during checkout, I was repeatedly asked to make a second payment to a different wallet address in order to have the server provisioned immediately.

Support stated that they would investigate the first payment and potentially refund it later if recovered. They also offered additional free months of service as an incentive to make the second payment.

What concerned me most was being told at one point that if the original payment could not be recovered, the loss would be considered the customer's responsibility, even though the payment had been made to the address generated by their own payment process.

Throughout the process, I was unable to obtain any case reference number, documentation, or evidence regarding the alleged investigation with the payment processor.

Scammer.
I sent money and my account was blocked.
