Great experience so far—we’ve been using for about a month. Customer service is amazing. I love all the review for reinforcing concepts.

We love Unlock Math! My daughter struggled with math until we found Unlock Math. She deals with dyslexia and the color of the fonts, and how they show the work step by step makes it so doable. The repeated practice helps her and she really enjoys math now!

Curriculum is spot on

So far my son is really enjoying the lessons. They're not terribly long, the teacher does a great job explaining concepts, I love that it's all graded for me, he likes that he can actually see the teacher and it's not just a voice with a whiteboard. I love that there's review every day. We came from another program that had him in tears every day and failing pre-algebra. Unlock Math has been a game changer for him!

Matthew's responses to phone calls in customer service were quick, professional, friendly, and very helpful.

This is an excellent solid curriculum. We’re doing high school geometry. Matt was patient to answer all my questions. It’s great for independent learners. It’s high quality and very well designed. There are so many things I love about it. It lets you flow through and retry things without being rigid about getting things right in certain tries. That takes pressure off kids and they feel relaxed when they learn. So far we’re in review but love it all ❤️

I don’t usually promote programs or curriculum as so many children learn differently. That being said, this one program has been a blessing.
For the first time in many years my 14 year old autistic son is experiencing extreme anxiety and panic attacks making teaching difficult, especially math.
I purchased this program and I am amazed at how perfect it is for him to use. Unlock Math is such a wonderful tool. User friendly and it really seems like they to set the student up to succeed.
I can not say enough about how relieved I am to have found such a great program. I’ve tried many and even in person tutors. Nothing compares. Also, for Step Up families, I found it in the Marketplace while searching out of complete desperation after trying on fire, private tutoring, apologia, and many more.
By the way; I have been teaching for over 20 years and have used multiple math curricula. It takes a lot to impress me. lol

We have only been through the foundations lessons 1.1 and 1.2. So far it’s pretty easy to understand. What I don’t like is how some of the questions are phrased. They aren’t super clear. For instance a question about place value and where each digit would be was phrased super weird and as an adult it took me a moment to figure out what was being asked. My 12 year old could not figure that one out by himself. Also the user interface needs work. When we are clicking through questions and submit to quit, the page defaults to Mobius which then dead ends and we find ourselves either having to back click which goes back into the lesson or exit out and re-sign in. That part needs work.

On a positive note I have emailed a gentleman named Matthew for assistance and he has been most helpful in helping me solve my user error problems. Matthew has been professional, courteous and very helpful.

Time will tell is Unlock Math is for us. So far not too bad and mostly good. My advice is, work on the user interface

Unlock Maths is a well structured curriculum, well prepared lessons, and a great teacher. The online tools are easy to use, both for the students, and as parents managing their progress.

I have been so pleased with Unlock Math! My son has completed the algebra and geometry courses and is now in algebra 2. As a math teacher, I've been exposed to many online programs, and this is by far the best I've seen. My son hasn't used their help features since the explanations are clear, and I am here for help, but I'm sure they are done well, too, considering all I've seen. Their customer service is amazing! I can't believe how responsive they are. They listen to suggestions and are very proactive. I just did a live chat the other day about something I needed for my son's umbrella school, and they helped me so quickly!

Excellent curriculum! Looking forward to our third year with Unlock Math.

This is an easy to navigate format and the math seems thorough. Two of my kids are liking it so far!

The immediate and appropriate response to help me as a person that is not tech savvy. They are professional and helpful which kept me hopeful that I will get the obstacles I faced due to my own incompetence, resolved.
