My experience a bitter disappointment
My experience at Univirtual which I taught was better than other prop firms came to me in a different way,it is my experience which am sharing how bad and disappointed I am that a customer who came clear complaining about his issue was told he should mind his words and he is looking for trends .I will share all what happened here .It is not my intention to come run a prop firm down but is for others to learn from and make there choice appropriately and know what to expect when you join.Initially I came across this prop firm on social media so I decided to give it a try on my first attempt I failed after paying the activation fee .On my 2nd attempt I passed and I was going for the activation with a promotion running dubbed Halloween a free retry after failing or a breach .I paid $79 for a 6k account and after a while my account was deactivated because of inactivity I accepted my mistake and decided to move on but realising that I have purchased a Halloween package I asked for it and it was very difficult for Univirtual to accept this and eventually I had to remind them if they don’t do it i will write a poor review here knowing it will affect them they quickly admitted and sent me the second retry .Attach is a screen shot
Meanwhile the inactivity is just 21 days so how can it expire when Halloween promo is One month .It does not add up.
After I came up with this then they watch the next
If I literally didn’t fight hard they would have denied me what i duely paid for .Why should I have to struggle this hard for them to fulfill a common promo they did advertise.I started questing their abilities from here .
So later on I traded and made $88 dollar on the account and requested my first ever payout with them and they paid ,but I mistakenly gave a wrong wallet address realising this I asked if they could help me in anyway to maybe recover this first ever payout which went into a wrong wallet .No better responses they keep refusing to respond or tell me they are working on so I will try sending messages on both the discord and emails but no response, so realising that I cannot maybe get assistance in that wrong wallet I decided to then ask for the refund on first pay out that is in the prop firms terms ,also they kept on ignoring my messages or you could get we are working on it or we will get back to you .I kept following this from 14 th February until I received an email on early March saying the refund on first payout was done in addition to the $88 automatically.So I asked but if I paid 79$ activation and we are told 100% refund then 79+88 should give us 167 so why is the amount paid showing only 88$.This got me furious and trying to express myself and showing my frustration indicating I will let the public know their onus operandi one support team member @heinz rudely told me am looking for trend .Screenshot follows
So all I demanded is for them to prove to me they actually paid the refund money when in effect the amount paid showing on dashboard is 88$ instead of $167 very simple but they turn make it a battle .
This prop firm the least said about them the better .I came across this prop firm and if there is a negative rating I will give it to them .Another addition to anyone who wants to try this prop firm is the platform that is used in trading has a lot of crash issues so be for warned you can be at profit initiate a close and it will stall until it closes leaving you in a loss even though after closing the market was still in your favour.My experience is different and it really exposes the true character of the entire team of this prop firm I don’t mind if they block me or not I have shared my frustration in no uncertainty.How can you tell a frustrated customers after he asked for answers he wants trends .My screenshots are here for all to see so that we see if I really wanted trends .Such exhibition of arrogance .I regret ever signing up here. Meanwhile they have already blocked me and have taken down all the chat they don’t know am more smarter than them I took these screenshots before they pulled me down .Am very excited am able to voice out how bad this team can be .Dont pray you fall a victim and have a problem like me with this univirtual team of this prop firm .I paid but I won’t sit for someone to bully me never .
See what they have done check the inactive days how can you have 95/21 hehehehe you making a mockery of yourself .I have lost money but am very Happy to expose this crap of a prop firm .I can’t tell you to join this prop firm or not but this my experience for your perusal to make a choice it all depends on you .So sorry for yourself univirtual team that a customer has a challenge and you cannot help him address it but rather block him .Is that how you treat people here .Am on stand by.It is not all that glitters that is gold .
