I ordered CND solar oil 40 pack/mini size. Upon its arrival, checked the oil out. Oil was tacky and smelled bad. Meaning the oil was old and rancid. Returned the bad oil. Universal companies said they tested product and product performed as expected. I've worked with Solar oil for 35 years. Never has the product been rancid & tacky to the touch.
Shame on Universal companies for not refunding the money and keeping the bad oil. They will probably sell it to some other customer.

I purchased a steamer from them and after using it for the first time, I learned that the steam would only turn on with a timer. The timer makes a loud ticking noise that is very distracting and that information should have been disclosed in their product description. After speaking with a customer service agent, I was told that I could return the item, but shipping costs would be my responsibility. This is very inconvenient considering that I live all the way in Hawaii and shipping would cost upwards of $300. I am very disappointed with my purchase, I wish the company disclosed more information about the product on their website so that I would not have made this purchase. I left a review of the product on their website so others looking to purchase it would know about the negative features, however that review never got published on their website, which I find very shady.
