Great service from Unity
I contacted the person our District deal with (Kirsten Scarborough). I found her to be knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She was also very pleasant to deal with. She arranged our cover speedily and I felt assured that everything was in order.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service provided was exceptional. Prahsan was very helpful in arranging a short extension while we waited to get out cover signed off by our Exec. He checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, including re-evaluation of our premises to ensure we got the best deal.

Renewal paperwork comes really late…
Our renewal paperwork comes really close to renewal date so you have to be thinking about the renewal date and be looking at other quotes before the one from unity arrives.
