Recent order from them, the last time I ordered anything was probably 4 years ago so I made a new account because I couldn't recall my password. The payment process had changed, if I didn't already trust them from previous experience it might have put me off honestly. But I did have previous experience with them, where there was an issue with a shipment getting lost, a couple of quick emails and they shipped a new order with fast track airmail. So I knew who I was buying from.

Transfer sorted, package shipped within a few hours and much to my surprise, was with me in 4 days, from HK to Manchester. Probably because a small parcel fits more easily, but still a relief.
Not that the shipping has anything to do with them after they send it off, I thought it would be good to know if you were considering buying anything.

They're good, I'd recommend them.

United Pharmacies UK delivered the items that I ordered. There was a 6 week delay from Hong Kong to the UK, but I cannot blame UnitedPharmacies Ltd for this.

In fact the customer services were so helpful, when the package had not arrived after 5 weeks, they setup a replacement shipment.

So extra thanks to customer services for their special care.

The tracking site did work in the end, but did not help whilst the item was "in transit" for 6 weeks. (17track.net)

I recieved my order and everything was well and in date. Much cheaper than other sites too. The reason I have dropped a star is because they have extortionate shipping fees.

I regularly use United pharmacies now and I am very happy with their products! Love the bimatoprost for eyelash growth. The tretnion and Hydroquinone is good too!

United pharmacies has never failed to get an order out to me with the correct items I ordered etc.
I often recommend United pharmacies to my friends if they're looking for anything on the site.
When I've had to deal with customer service they've been fairly quick with replies and things.
Also I see a lot of reviews that say there is no way to pay by card but I've never had a problem with that. Maybe because I have an account and have made a purchase, all i know is i can use a card to pay.
I would say they're kinda slow but a lot of the stuff is coming from China and things so

3 stars because there is no way of paying by card. I don’t know why they pretend you can only to say ‘the card processing system is down’ it makes them look more dodgy than they actually are. I’ve used them for a fair bit and they are 100% genuine.
You can pay by wire transfer of Bitcoin, they are quick to process your order and payment (it’s always been within the week for me). They provide a tracking number with the shipment email so you can see where your parcel is. It usually takes 2-4 weeks to arrive in the UK.

Please please please don’t buy from here!! Ordered 3 x tubes of tretinoin for my skin (Retino-A) and all three were OVER a year out of date!!! I dread to think what could happen if someone was ordering medication that was of great medical importance - at the best they’re dishonest and at the worst they’re DANGEROUS!!!! Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money - will never use this place again!

Hi this is my first order and first time ever using bitcoin as a payment method. The united pharmacies instructions are to use their bitcoin wallet address confirmed in the order confirmation ,but i can't seem to see it in my invoice. Is this the same as the order number ie UK-O-xxxxx ? (sorry if I'm being dim !)

United pharmacies is slow, but reliable. I have used them nearly 10 years and every order payment was taken for arrived, eventually.
I find 2-3 weeks to be about the average delivery time, sometimes orders have arrived within 1 week, but once it took 3 months (This was due to shipping via Hong Kong during peak covid disruption.)

It was initially annoying setting up international payment, but once done it has been fine. I remember having concerns about the legitimacy, as a Honk-Kong company using a Hungarian bank (I think... it's been a while, so memory might be wrong) sounded dodgy, but time has proven them to be legitimate.

Don't leave an order until the last minute if it's something you need, as long as you plan ahead and order a month in advance, United Pharmacy is likely the best choice for value and reliability.

A load of hassle for nothing. Firstly, very poor communication, I made an order but did not receive an email from them so had to contact customer support via chat who then provided me with their bank details. I tried wiring money to them using Azimo but it would not process, I then received an email from Azimo saying the transaction had been cancelled. Then shortly after that another email saying my account had been closed! Azimo gave me no actual reason other than, "security measures." So now I can't even use Azimo. United Pharmacies told me on chat that their credit card payment system was down...all round dodgy I'd say.

I placed an order over the weekend. After 72 hours I hadn't received a despatch email, so I emailed United Pharmacies but got no response. I then used the contact form on their website. I still haven't received a despatch notification or a reply to my email. It's unfortunate as I have placed an order with them before without any problems.

I have been a customer of United Pharmacies for over 10 years. They provide an excellent service and I have always received exactly what I've ordered and in the timescales that they promised. They are very responsive to messages and provide excellent customer service.

Used to be good, but I can no longer use my credit card here. It keeps getting decline, so I am afraid I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

14 days from payment to delivery!

Pretty good considering they said it was expected to take over 30 days.

Credit card payments didn't work for me (they were rejected), so that left BTC or wire transfer.

The BTC exchange rate on the website was crazy low and wire transfers incurred large fees for me - so I asked them and they gave me a better one.

After payment was sent it took 14 days to actually arrive at my house, which was pretty good as it took a few days to process the order.

Exactly what I wanted as they had the 100mg (not 200mg) modafinil pill sizes and they were the cheapest I saw.

I just placed an order with Unitedpharmacies.md. The total cost with shipping was $95.85 and I was to pay with bitcoin. Later that day I got the email requesting bitcoin payment. When I entered the bitcoin amount, it came to $159. I inquired why there was the price difference and the email I got back informed me that they were sorry and there must have been a bitcoin fluctuation. This makes no sense. The bitcoin number they copy and pasted to the email would have been derived from the $95.85 on the invoice. Also, I checked the Coinbase website and there were no significant changes to the price of bitcoin between when I ordered the product and when they sent the invoice only a few hours later. In fact, bitcoin value went up only 30 cents. These people are scamming. Perhaps at one point Unitedpharmacies was legit but trying to scam a customer out of an extra $63 is a sure sign that they are no longer running an honest business. I've read too many stories about people getting ripped off by them recently. I have a chronic medical condition and I purchase thousands of dollars a year through overseas pharmacies. I get what I need through other ones but I thought I would try United this time. I'm glad they tried scamming me before I sent the money as I'm not out anything. I'm sure if I had send them the money I would either not have gotten anything in the mail or the meds would be junk. I have email exchanges to prove the above claim. Find another overseas vendor.

I've been a regular customer for 5+ years without any problems. In the last two months I have tried to place an order numerous times using several bank cards and bitcoin, but none have gone through. I've contacted United Pharmacies by email and through their online chat and received no response. I don't know what is going on but please fix it and reply to inquiries!

I have been using this company for a number of years.They provide a brilliant service and access to things otherwise difficult to get.I have had 100% satisfaction from them but it goes beyond always getting what I ordered and material of high quality. They are incredibly responsive to enquiries.I have just been given an update about a delivery without prompting.I can't explain the negative reviews of course only give my own opinion.

i paid by bank transfer as the site didn't seem to be encrypted. Order took a while, over a month (corona i guess) but hey, it did arrive in the end. I was quite skeptical (had only made a small order) so it all worked out for me.

First order received no problem!
It was around 25 days shipping to UK considering Corona that’s not bad!
Would recommend and use again.

UK Based Customer who cannot be happier, recieved my order after 4 weeks but it arrived finally - it's all due to the deliveries delays but thank you very much united pharmacies and I will be ordering even more through yourselves within a week or so ! :)

just got an email asking to pay via wire transfer or bitcoins, as they couldn't process my card payment. just stay away. belive good part of the reviews are fake
