I am extremely disappointed with my experience with United Global Distribution LLC.

I paid for my order, and I still have not received my merchandise. I have contacted the company multiple times by email asking for an update and requesting a resolution, but I have not received a response.

At this point, my biggest concern is the lack of communication. When a customer has already paid for an order, they should at least receive a clear response about the status of their merchandise or their money.

I am still waiting for either my order to be fulfilled or my money to be returned. I will update this review if the company contacts me and resolves the situation.

Unfortunately, my experience with this supplier had serious consequences for my business.

I placed an order that was shipped directly from the supplier to Amazon FBA. After the shipment arrived, Amazon reported inventory discrepancies, including incorrect product contents in one shipment and quantity mismatches in another. These issues resulted in the suspension of my Amazon Seller account, forcing me to spend weeks preparing an appeal and putting my business at risk.

They are scammers and are involved in legal disputes with several clients for breach of contract. Never do business with them.

United Global Distribution LLC provides good products and service. It would be helpful if they could improve the speed of their response to queries to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
