I first visited the clinic in January of this year. This was my second of the 2 visits. April 27th to 3rd May. First time round - excellent. Second time, I was not disappointed. Transfers and hotel were arranged and went according to plan. My son accompanied me, like he did first time round. He was returning for his own treatment. We were met at the clinic by Mehmet and Sedat. They were to be our point of contact. Charming and helpful young men. Nothing was too much trouble. Sedat was our interpreter and nothing was too much trouble. He listened and showed genuine concern whenever we were unsure of anything. He always manged to reassure us. The professor was in attendance also. Excellent treatment from him, as usual. I had implants, root canal treatment,extractions, fillings and 26 crowns fitted. I must say I was really impressed with the 2 dentists who attended to us. Dr Ismet and Dr Kemal. Pure genius in their field. The dental and cosmetic works went well. Very, very pleased with the result. Great care and attention was given at all times. Gulen, the photographer, again, professional with a smile. For all the reasons mentioned above, I will have no hestitation in recommending UniqueSmileTurkey. I have the highest praise for the team.

From having a free consultation in the Marriott Cardiff to flying on an £80 flight from Bristol 6 weeks later. It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. Being a very cautious and financially astute person I had always been put off by the fake news on social media about using Turkish dentists. I had visited a few different dentist locally and around the Cardiff area, with my own dentist saying he didn’t want to take on doing the work, even though they were existing crowns and an implant, advising my best option to do Invisalign at approx £3500-£4000!! But now I’ve done it and been here myself I am more than happy 100% to be an advocate for unique smiles. The service from start to finish is excellent, far better than anything I’ve experienced in my 58 years in the UK system. It is so easy and safe that even though I took my son with me to feel safer, it wasn’t necessary, Mehmet and Narmin coordinated everything from hotels to private taxi driver from airport and every visit to the clinic. Had 3 visits during the week and everything was done and completed perfectly, I am over the moon and to be honest now considering taking my husband out to get his teeth looked after too. They are lovely people and aren't money orientated as much as Uk dentists( cost me the same for my 4 perfect front teeth as 1 uk crown)Even though I only paid for 4 of my front teeth to be realigned after paying thousands to a Uk dentist for an implant a few years earlier that literally caused a large gap a few years later, with the outstanding technology they use they were able to show me everything that was and would cause problems in years to one, but didn’t push me to have these done. The dentist spent so much time getting everything perfect and he did so much for me free without asking for any further monies. Ie. Filing a whole in a completely different tooth, filing and cleaning my teeth much better than my hygienist ever has and other small things that my dentist has never bothered to ask me about! He was such a lovely man and all the clinic staff were just so respectful from Gulen the beautiful photographer, and the girls at reception, you leave feeling you’ve made new friends. As for the naysayers who say “what if something went wrong in the following years” well I’m more than happy to fly out for a few days on a cheap flight like on a beach and spend one afternoon visiting the clinic here, than go to my uk density, which costs a fortune.

I've just had my final check up after having 25 Zirconium Crowns the whole process from start to finish was very professional I felt no pain in any of the procedure, professor Yousef my surgeon was exceptional and the finished result is truly amazing all of the staff are friendly and courteous Memhet arranged all the transfers from the hotel to the clinic and back and also from the airport and back always on time

I’ve had problems with my teeth and crowns that were no good, done in the UK for years, costing me a fortune! This dental surgery saved my teeth and my life (. Which was full of embarrassment and tooth pain before).
I had 18 zirconia crowns, plus other work done, and I cannot tell you how incredible they are. Professional, kind, caring and they saw to my every need at all times. I’ll fly back if ever I need to, because they’re not just dentists, they’re also aesthetically trained, so you don’t get teeth that look false. The procedure is explained thoroughly, and there’s always someone with you in case you have questions! With a fabulous hotel included in their prices, I couldn’t get ONE crown done in the UK for the small amount I paid here for so many.
I cannot recommend them more strongly. Wonderful, professional, caring and VERY VERY excellent results. I’m thrilled, and this is my new dentist for any treatment. They’re the best! Doing work on my teeth that UK dentist’s said can’t be done! I’m so happy.

I can't really express my thanks to unique smile,from the initial scan in the uk to the finished product they were very friendly and very professional. I must admit that on my first visit I was extremely anxious from the transfer at the airport to the moment I sat in the dentist chair but I was treated so well by all the members of the team my fears and anxiety disappeared. The treatment was totally painless and I returned home with temporary crowns which I may add had raised my confidence already and in almost four months until I returned had no problems or pain on my return I received the exact same level of friendliness, warmth and professionalism as before.On completion of my treatment I could not be happier my smile was amazing and confidence level at an all time high so thank you the unique smile team.

I cant recommend Unique Smile highly enough. I received my treatment a week ago returning to the UK with a beaming smile and not having to cover my mouth with my hand.

The service received from initial consultation in the UK to the treatment in Turkey was second to none. I was made to feel at ease and informed each step of the way what treatment was being undertaken.

The transfers from/to the airport and clinic were well organised and punctual. All staff I dealt with were wonderful. My end result was so superb that members of my family have arranged treatment with Unique Smile.

Iam Nurse in Uk and scared of needle. I've had my 7 Implant done last November 2023 with Prof. Ismet Duran. My experience was unbelievable, you could see their expertise in their fields. He made me relax throughout the procedure, tellin you after the procedure i was perfectly fine, no pain and after few hours i was able to have soup and next day i was able to eat soft food. I came back last week for my crowns and implant for upper teeth. 7 implants and 15 crowns but still need to go back for my lower teeth. Prof. Duran as expected he's magnificent , he even done gum surgery (gingivitis) removed tartars on my teeth for free . Then i've meet Dr. Hatice Bedeloglu to do my crowns . Unbelievable, she's also briliant and very focus of her work. One thing i ilke them , they would give you advice like i have to wait for my gums to heal after my gum surgery.She explained to me that i should wait for 2 months for my gums to recover. You could see that that they were not after your money to rush everything , they were doing the best for their patients, of course to her Assistant Semiha she's good and a lovely lady. lastly, to my Agent Ibrahim he's helping me in everything, he's fantastic. Iam now confident to smile with brand new teeth.

I recently underwent several procedures at the clinic, and I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism shown by all the staff. Professor Duran performed my implantations, and Professor Tozoglu handled the extraction of one of my teeth—both were highly skilled and meticulous in their work.

However, I spent the most time with Professor Yusuf Akpinar, who completed a range of challenging tasks for me. He skilfully removed a broken post, installed a new one on what seemed like an almost impossible tooth, and placed crowns on the implants. His attention to detail was remarkable, and his work was flawless. In addition to his expertise, Professor Akpinar has a calming and reassuring presence. His gentle, empathetic approach and strong sense of integrity made the experience much easier.

I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ebrahim, who managed all my appointments, transport, and accommodations with such attentiveness. His great service made everything so much smoother!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Unique Smile Dental Clinic, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. As someone with a significant dental phobia, I was initially apprehensive about my treatments, but the team at Unique Smile made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring.

Under the expertise of Professor Sinan Tozoğlu, I underwent several procedures, including scaling and root planing (SRP), the operation of two cysts, and all treatments were performed under 100% sedation during my first visit. I was amazed at how gentle and professional Professor Sinan was throughout the process.

During my second visit, I had my teeth shaved, one tooth extracted, and received temporary dentures—all done with half sedation. The care and attention to detail were exceptional, making each step much easier than I anticipated.

Finally, during my third visit, I had the pleasure of getting my zirconium crowns fitted. All of these treatments were completed within a week, which speaks volumes about the efficiency of the clinic.

I must also commend Dr. Yusuf, who was equally professional and supportive during my visits. Manager İbrahim was incredibly organized, ensuring all my appointments and transfer services were seamless and friendly.

To top it all off, the clinic invited me to a dinner at a high-level Turkish restaurant to celebrate my new smile. The food was fantastic, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made me feel valued as a patient.

My story started in 2019 when the cusps around my multiple filling started to break off. ln short, the only practical solution l was told was a full set of crowns - 24 to be precise, at over £1000 each. l don't have that kind of money, so l started to look abroad. Turkey appeared to be the most popular destination for dental tourism, so l started there. First thing l noticed is there are a lot of dentist to choose from in Turkey, especially in Istanbul and Antalya. l choose Antalya because l wanted to combine my dental treatment with a beach holiday. Next; the big one, the cost. l short listed three clinics, emailed them photos of my teeth, and all three came back with a very similar treatment plan (crowns) and quotations, i.e. circa 75% less than l was quoted in the UK. However these quotes also included, free hotel accomodation (3 star + breakfast included). They also include free pickup from the airport, and all your taxi fares to and from the clinic. Possible negative, during my research l did notice that there were surprisingly few bad reviews posted, which l still find somewhat suspect. Next, the clinics themselves. A lot of big clinics with smiling staff, sales managers and 'before & after' patient photos and patient testimonials, but on the whole I didn't see or hear about the actual dentist who would be treating me. In contrast, l was interested in the dentist who would be treating me, what their professional qualifications were, and how long they had been practising; and then l would look at all the 'before & after' patient photos (you have to assume that most of these are genuine?) and patient testimonials.
So who did l choose? The dental clinic that stood out was Uniquesmile Turkey. It was founded by professor of dentistry Prof. Sinan Tozoglu DDS,PhD (met him twice, genuinely nice guy) and the dentist who would perform my proceedure was Assistant Prof. Kemal Cavdarli DDS,PhD, and l kid you not, one of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. He is a true professional, caring, highly experienced and incredible good at his job, i.e. a credit to his profession. First thing l noticed was that everybody is exceptionally nice and polite (same goes for the Turkish people in general) Any concerns you have are immediately addressed and nothing happens until you fully understand the proceedure and are one hundred percent happy with it. The equipment is amazing, it reminded me of StarTrek's Medical bay, with a little walk-in room with an X-ray scanner which revolves around your head, handheld 3D scanner that allows the dentists a precise digital CAD image of your teeth, and so on. My procedure lasted 6 days. It was pretty much pain-free; they do not hold back on the anaesthesia. If like me you are having all your teethed crowned, you will get rest days, and a temporary set of teeth, while your crowns are manufactured, which gives your teeth and jaw time to recover. The final fitting is meticulous and you may have two or three appointments to ensure you are totally happy with your new set of teeth. And l forgot, my new teeth looking pretty damn good to!
