The Unique Maps Co. Anmeldelser

They took down my negative review. They will not refund the $490 I paid for a map I never received. DO NOT use this business. They are dishonest and still have not resolved my issue.

Very simple to order. Map was beautiful. Price was great. Delivery was easy.

First of all the map is beautiful and of very high quality. Receiving it framed was a huge bonus. This was a gift and the customer service I received was amazing. The team ensured I received my package on time for the birthday. This was a great gift for my husband and I’ll be sure to order from here again.

Really impressed with the map I bought: Battle of Trafalgar, The British Fleet breaking the French and Spanish Line: AK Johnston, 1852. The level of detail is fantastic and the overall quality is excellent. I went for the aged customisation, which gives it that slightly weathered look, and it works really well with the map itself. Everything came together nicely and it looks great. Bought it as a gift for someone and they absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend!

The pictures arrived within a week , absolutely beautiful and really pleased. Professional and efficient company.

My husband is a retired Green Beret with over 20 years of service. He enjoys history and this map of the D-day landings was a hit! Easy to read the legend and it's getting a place in our living room!

El trato personal es inigualable, hacia muchos años que no recibia un trato igual a la hora de comprar un producto y recibir clarificacion sobre las dudas que me surgieron. Ademas de esto, sus productos son de gran calidad. 100% recomendado!

Order from start to finish was dealt with really efficiently and promptly, with regular updates on each stage. Map when it arrived was exactly what I wanted and great quality.

Lovely map. We kept the personalisation fairly simple, just a place and a short message. I was worried it might spoil the old-fashioned look but you hardly notice it until you know where to look.

Sebastian at Unique Maps Co has just supplied me with some stunning, bespoke large scale travel maps for Dakota Manchester Airport. He provides me with alternative solutions to each request and I am able to pick the one's most suitable for the location within the hotel. Unique Maps deliver on time and on budget and the product has been much admired by our hotel guests. I can't ask for more!

I coulnt work out which map actually included the area I wanted. Sent an email and got some useful advice rather than having to guess. Looks very nice framed.

Bought this for my husband who is incredibly difficult to buy for. He spent most of the evening looking at all the little details. A good choice, as it turns out.

The first proof wasnt quite what I had in mind, particularly the wording. They changed it without any fuss. It took a little longer than I expected but I appreciated being able to check it.

The replica map met all my requirements in that it was printed on appropriate quality paper(matt finish) and was engraved with clear detail, i.e. perfectly legible. the original of this map is unavailable.
the service was exemplary, prompt with well packaged item
best wishes for their continued success

Was a bit unsure about spending this much on a map without seeing it first. Really pleased with it now its here though. The personalisation is nicely done and doesn't look like something just stuck on afterwards

Unique Maps Co. has a large assortment of wonderful maps. I purchased a world map in the LOTR style, which was very detailed and whimsical. I also had the map personalized and their tech reps worked with me to finalize and perfect exactly what I wanted. They asked questions and sent multiple proofs to approve; their communication was excellent. I loved the final product and highly recommend this vendor.

A i bought a large personalised map for my living room and although i was very fussy the team was great, extremely communicative and was very patient with my requests!! Thank you Paola for all your help!

Never again. Have not come across this behaviour before & I've been on this planet 52 yrs.
Ordered a 3d looking print in April this year. They offered framing with discount (all in all it £250). Delivery was fine - however when I took it out it looked a cheap print, frame was so lightweight I thought it was plastic. I kept it a couple of weeks thinking I'd fall in love..sadly not. Contacted them for a return/refund and the dance started: manipulation (are you sure you want to return it, we are a small company this will cost us a lot) but I insisted. Took them with more insisting on my part to send the details through - I took the hit on the cost of returning it. That was in April and now it's end of September and I still do not have my refund back. When I asked 3 weeks ago, they were acted shocked that it hadn't been resolved, offered me store credit (the absolute gall), but when I refused, the asked for my bank account even though "it'll cause difficulties with the accountant" (baffling statement!) well, I haven't got my money back to this day. I have never been treated by a company like this before.
Very unprofessional to try to make me feel sad about a return/refund and after 5 months not seeing a penny back is pretty bad behaviour
Update Sept, 30th: refund received - only now, after all these months and a bad review left online, could have been avoided, shame it's come to this

The products made are really of a high quality and even when there was a mistake with the order the staff were very prompt to get back to me and helped me through the process. I really appreciate it and I think they do a great job.

I was specifically looking for a landscape map of Manhattan Island. That’s quite rare as most are shown portrait.
The quality is excellent and the black frame just finishes it perfectly on my wall.
