Unique Glazing London Anmeldelser

I had 2 sets of sliding aluminium doors as well as a standard door set fitted after a burglary at my property 4 weeks ago. The product itself has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, the company were quick to manufacture/fit them which was a relief given the break in (they broke through the existing patio doors) and the installation team were excellent working hard to fit all 3 products in one day. The degree of damage given the old doors needed to be removed and new ones put in was way less than I had expected, which given there was pebble dashing involved was impressive.

Ordering and installing double glazing windows and doors.
Measured well and priced within days.
Installation by good fitters. Cleaned after installing Aluminium doible glazed windows and doors.
Hassle free. Would recommend this company.

I live in Manchester and got properties in midlands and London I have been using unique glazing for so many years and they have never let me down so happy with their service . They have Recently done one of our property in Kingston very happy with the new windows my tenants are even over the moon with new windows . Living so far and managing properties is hard and I am glad I can trust this company.

From reaching out, Paul was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. I work long hours and contacted Paul out of normal working times which he was happy to provide anything I needed. The windows replaced were old and falling apart, they replaced everything I asked for with a fantastic price and high quality of workmanship.

The workers installing the windows were always polite and worked long days but always left the work in a tidy state, once the install was complete everything was cleared and look after.

We were doing almost the whole house and asked the installers to have a warm room ready for when my kids got home from school, they worked tirelessly and as a result caused minimal disruption to my kids.

Communication throughout was amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better company to have chosen.

I’ve just gone back to get another quote for further work.

Thanks again Paul and the Unique Glazing Team!

I recently had three new windows fitted by this company, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Firstly, the workers left my door wide open without informing me, and I had no idea where they had gone; whilst it was thundering outside. They used my personal phone charger without asking, which I found quite inconsiderate.
Additionally, I had requested that the bottom of the bedroom window not be sealed due to a planned sill replacement, but this was ignored. The surrounding walls suffered damage, with chunks of plaster coming off, which was then hastily covered with plastic trim instead of being properly filled as I had requested. The overall workmanship lacked care, and the uneven finish reflects this.
To make matters worse, the attitude of the workers was rude, making me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Communication was poor throughout, and I was not consulted about anything. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, I can't recommend their services based on my experience. I tried to get some sort of considerate response from the company for some kind of reimbursement or something similar as I'm putting more work in to repair the damage they have done around the windows. A very upsetting experience.

Unique Glazing are a brilliant company as they provide a top rate service. My French door was excellent and of good quality. The installers were professional and they fitted my doors to a high standard. They were tidy and removed my old French door. Communication with this company was excellent and met all my needs. The price was vey competitive too.

Contracted to install new patio doors, helpful customer service and competitive quotes. Works carried out promptly and to a high standard, and issues raised after install were quickly and professionally rectified. Very happy with completed works. Will keep this company in mind for future glazing needs.

New Conservatory is everything we hoped for. They didn't leave at night without making thoroughly sure that everything was watertight and secure. Definitely not clock watchers.

Exceptional Service and High-Quality Double Glazing!

I recently had double glazing installed by and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

**Overall Experience:**
Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with Unique Glazing London Ltd. They delivered on all their promises and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend them to anyone considering double glazing for their home. Five stars well deserved!

Thank you, Unique Glazing London Ltd, for making this such a positive experience!

Needed, a double glazed window to be replaced as it was cracked, and Joe was very responsive, prompt and took the necessary measures, and ordered the new glass on the same day.
It was fitted professionally in timely manner 3 days later. Joe was very professional, clean and provided me with a good reasonable cost per work completed. Highly Recommend their service.

Two bedroom double-glazed windows from Everest had become difficult to open and shut and wouldn’t lock. Couldn’t claim the repair from Everest as they are in administration. Unique Glazing came to our rescue with a better job description of what repairs were needed and a good quote for the work. Much better than other quotes. Joe from Unique Glazing did a fantastic job realigning our windows so they shut easily and fixing the locks so they locked securely. He even did a small extra job to ease a sticky lock on our conservatory door at a very low extra cost. Fantastic job.

Great and pain free job removing 20+ year old and installing new windows, fair price and decent communication through out.

Very happy and the new windows look great. Thank you.

Couple points but not deal breakers:
• Installers arrived 2 hours early which can be good but we were not ready for them.
• from past experience installers have covered furniture, these guys didn’t, I had to do it my self.
• Once all was agreed I had to chase a few times for an install date but once booked in, all good.

Again, not deal breakers, but just some feedback.

Thanks.

We recently decided to get our windows and doors changed. We had 5 quotes including the so called national leader in the industry. Unique Glazing provided a fantastic experience right from the beginning. Paul the salesperson was quick to respond and to visit. Everything was thoroughly explained to us during the visit yet he was respectful and it took only 30-40 min. The quote followed was quick and fair. In contrast the salesperson from the "leader" spent nearly 3 hours treating us like we know nothing and gave a quote that was 3 times the average quote.
After we decided to go with Unique Glazing, Paul kept us updated on the process. Subsequent survey and installation were arranged quickly and carried out professionally. Quality of material is excellent. Installers did an efficient and clean job, keeping us informed on the progress. Overall, We are very happy with the service provided.

An extremely simple and quick process from start to finish. We had inherited bay windows from circa 1950s so were a little bit concerned that the different eras would cause a problem. Not at all. And what a difference it's made. Can't praise them enough.

Great experience with Unique Glazing, very impressed with the finish and the quality of the work and service provided.

We’ve used Unique Glazing London on a recently new property for shared students.

Having used them for our home quite recently, Unique have once again smashed it!!
Thank you!

Completely wasted my time. I arranged an appointment with these guys to quote for a job - I waited in on a work day and they didn’t bother to show up. I tried following up twice to see what happened and heard nothing back. I work full time and have a young child, so this was massively inconvenient for me - I don’t have massive amounts of time to spare waiting around for tradespeople to bother to show up to an agreed appointment.

I had a fantastic experience using Unique Glazing, their team was very professional and made the whole process stress free for me. Very happy with the results.

Very good sales. Terrible finishing. Pictures available which show a less than amateur finish.

The rep came quickly to take the measurements and discuss the design of the new doors, including a hole for a cat flap. He also provided the quotation quickly, and gave us the best price of the 3 companies we approached. The guys came to instal the doors just before Christmas, and were friendly and helpful, including putting in the cat flap I had bought separately. Very pleased with the end product!
