I love some of the clothes I've bought on their site. Some are amazing, high quality. Some are made so cheap. Their sizing is all over the board. I'm usually a 6/M. Sometimes it fits, sometimes I'm swimming in it, sometimes it's way too tight. Which leads to the rub. Their exchange process is a nightmare. I sent an item in for an exchange and they charged me an additional $40 because the dress was no longer on sale! I had to fight that. They've missed issuing credits, you have to track your refunds. And I've ordered stuff that the "forgot" to ship.
I'd love to keep ordering the clothes but I can't stand the customer service. It's not worth it.

Scam company. Will spam your email when selecting to opt out, website does not work properly, will charge to for returns even when purchasing free return option, then when given return options will only provide those with a fee. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Edited 6/8/26: The company was given the opportunity to make it right and did nothing until posting a complaint online. While the company does have some nice products, their website is glitchy and customer service does not account for this unless you escalate by complaining online. It’s a shame, they have some cute stuff, but I won’t purchase again due to other technical issues and the customer service.

I've been a Unique Vintage customer for several years, have placed countless orders with them and been extremely pleased with virtually all my purchases. The quality is good, customer service very responsive and I've never had any issues with shipping or refunds. I love the vintage vibe where I can find clothing not readily available on other sites. Especially love their prints! (I have everything from cowgirl prints to cats, rainbow petticoats and retro swimsuits, all very cute!

Phenomenal clothes and service. Long-time customer and go-to place when I have an event coming up and need something unusual and lovely. On a recent order, they had a coupon offered on a dress that was not actually eligible for the coupon, but still honored the coupon price (even after I had placed the order). They sent that part of the refund so quickly and the customer service agent, Sheela was wonderful. Thank you!

Fantastic company. So many vintage style clothing in a range of sizes, brands, and prices. They offer affordable payment plan options as well, amd everything is gipped quickly.

I ordered the green and pink swing dress off of this site; and I absolutely love it! The quality is so nice. I was able to use my iron on it with no issue to remove a few wrinkles. I definitely would buy from this site again- whether it be dresses, some petticoats, etc. love it! :)

I love their stylish modern take on beloved classic looks and their themed designs, plus the overall good quality of their garments - I personally have had no issues with anything I purchased from UV falling apart or fraying too soon with proper care, etc. - plus I love their support of PRIDE and its community ❤️ 💜 ♥️ 😀 💕 💙

I've shopped with Unique Vintage for several years and have never had any issue with returns or exchanges. Customer service has always been very thorough and helpful. Delivery is always quick. I like their collaborations, like the Barbie line, and I love their distinct look. I think the quality of the clothes is on point with the price. I find their dress cuts flattering such as the Stephanie dress and the Shopper dress. I have zero complaints and will purchase from them again in the future.

I have loved nearly all my purchases from UV. There have been instances where I’ve not been happy with something but it’s typically due to my own tastes, not the product. The products are good quality. Shipping is relatively quick.

I really love that the shop is size-inclusive. It can be very difficult to find plus-sized clothing (even XL) that is not “mother of the bride,” and I’ve found the clothing to be very interesting and flattering. I get a lot of compliments and questions about where I have gotten pieces, and I’ve been happy with most of the items I’ve purchased. I also find that there are constantly new items available, which has been fun for finding new things. That has also meant that there is a great deal of variety of the types of items that I like.

I’ve gotten used to ordering based on my measurements online, and I have had to exchange some items because the sizing guide has been incorrect for me (it might be more accurate for other sizes). I’m guessing this has more to do with the individual companies that make the clothing, but that’s made it a bit more complicated. I would say that tops have been more reliably true to size for me than bottoms. I am also relatively short, and bottoms have not generally had a short length available.

Overall, I keep coming back, so my experience has generally been quite positive. I recommend their items for anyone looking for a retro-inspired or simply more “unique” (sorry) look.

I have made several purchases in the past and everything I have ever ordered has been great. I love the truly "unique" items I have bought and always get great compliments when I wear them. The orders are always shipped promptly and I receive them in excellent condition. I would recommend Unique Vintage to anyone who likes vintage, one-of-a-kind items.

Return was delivered to their warehouse ten days ago and I'm still waiting for a refund. Item unworn, unwashed, in fact, I tried it on, didn't fit and I returned it the same day I received it. There's no reason to put a hold on funds for this long. I think their company is a logistics nightmare where there are multiple warehouses and no centralized location, almost like a drop shipper. Not a good business model.

Update: Finally received the refund, but it was a fraction of what I paid. They held onto $17.09. For what? Return shipping to ship one swimsuit to a neighboring state? It said return shipping was around $7, not $17. So I paid almost $20 to try on a swimsuit and send it back. Am I paying for the privilege? Don't deal with this company. They will screw you out of money any way they can. Unbelievable. Enjoy your $17, @$$40Les!

This is my first purchase/order, and it won't be my last. I love the pattern and fit of my dress. Since I am mid-size, the silhouettes of most pieces accentuate my figure.

Super cute clothes, and I love how they are inclusive about sizing! I hardly find any store that offers plus size clothing! I never thought I could still style myself with cute 80's 'clothing without looking trying hard with my body size! Plus customer service is pretty quick to respond and friendly! Highly recommended! :)

I recently bought a strawberry shortcake jacket from UV and I’m delighted with it. Good quality material, fair price. I’m looking forward to wearing my cute jacket.

I have never had a problem with ordering from this company. I am in Canada so shipping takes a little longer than shipping within the USA but I'm ok with that. The quality of the clothing and the sizing is excellent.

My most recent order was February 2026. I ordered a blouse and typically worry about cut and fit because I’m a little curvy. I wore it for Valentine’s Day and I had lots of people looking at me… but you know how I knew it was GOOD??
I got compliments from the ladies.
So, the proof is in the pudding, unique and vintage classic beauty is a stunning combination. 10/10 recommend!

Previous order was a blouse and pencil skirt combo, arrived a month later (as directed in the website) and I have to say it was made like it was tailored to me. I adore it and I can’t wait for the next business meeting for once, lol!
