Once we found Uniq rugs, our concern for purchasing online eased completely. An extensive collection of beautiful rugs easily discovered via the excellent website. Free shipping both ways was a major plus and uncomplicated. Plus, the staff was quick to respond, knowledgeable and encouraging. All in all an extremely easy process with great results!

Working with UniqRugs was a pleasure
Working with UniqRugs was a pleasure. The small Persian rug that I purchased is beautiful. Its elegance, quality and design illustrate world-class craftsmanship and artistry. An heirloom piece! Shipping was prompt and secure. I spoke briefly with a UniqRugs representative who answered the phone on a Sunday and addressed my concerns cordially. I recommend this business wholeheartedly.

Quality rugs, a quality dealer
The site is easy to use, the whole process is seamless, and delivery prompt. On line images show multiple angles and the rugs have always been quality pieces, as shown. Unlike so many other sites, the selection is huge and continually refreshed.

The width of the rug we recieved was more than a foot smaller than advertised (11' 7" instead of 12' 8"). As a result, we have to return the rug, which we otherwise like. The only good thing is that Uniq is paying for the return.

Svar fra UniqRugs
Dear Rita Santos,
We are truly sorry to hear that your rug did not meet your expectations. The rug you ordered is hand-knotted, and due to the traditional weaving process, slight irregularities in the pile can occasionally occur. Before shipping, all of our rugs undergo a thorough quality inspection to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if small imperfections were overlooked in this rare instance, we sincerely apologize.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Please note that you have a full 31-day return policy, and you can return the rug to us free of charge. Whether you prefer an exchange, a refund, or another solution that best suits your needs, we are here to help. Simply reach out to our customer service team, and we will make the process as smooth as possible.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to resolve this for you quickly.
Best regards,
The Uniqrugs Team
