UniqRugs Anmeldelser

Uniq's website offers a lot of information about each rug and good pictures, so that you know what you are buying. Shipping is fast and smooth. We haven't used it, but the return policy is customer friendly. And a great selection/variety of rugs. What's not to like? I always go here first when I'm looking for a rug.

I have ordered several rugs from this company and I have always been happy with the quality of the product. They also arrive very quickly.

Our rug arrived on time. Delivery man brought it to the door. It has beautiful colors and is exactly what we wanted. Size is perfect for our entry.

What more could you ask for? More seriously. The rugs were truly unique in their quality. I'm very appreciative of their return policy (they cover it), as I had to find a rug that would complement 4 other rugs (not easy). They sent two and one was a great complement to the ones I have. It was easy to return the one that didn't work as well (which was so beautiful my friends asked, "Can't you find another place for it?").

Uniq had an incredible variety of rugs to choose from - the website made it easy to filter my search so that I was only looking at rugs of the right size that also fit the color palette I was looking for. It was only after I'd paid for the rug that I realized it was coming from Europe - I was sure that would mean endless shipping delays and customs hold-ups, but not at all! They kept me posted regularly with tracking numbers and shipping progress updates, and the rug arrived within days of completing my order. Strong work, Uniq!

Truthful description of the rug, good quality photos, smooth shipping experience with easy tracking, quick delivery

Great quality at a great price.

Uniq Rugs provides great customer service with a wide array of high quality rugs at excellent values.

Have purchased eight rugs from Uniq Rugs/ Nain Trading to date. Each one more beautiful than the next. Pictures and descriptions are very accurate so have never had to return a rug. Super happy with the excellent quality rugs, quick turnaround time and terrific service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for striking, gorgeous rugs.

First, Uniq Rugs has a robust website, so it's really easy to see different rugs. The filter page makes finding the exact size you're looking for, type of rug, material, how it's made, etc. Shipping was very fast, and free w/in U.S. I was very happy with the price, and I'm extremely happy with my new rug. There were no issues with anything, so never had to contact customer service. I highly recommend UniqRugs and would purchase from them again.

Super fast shipment, the quality of the photos to actual rug was impeccable - color, details, condition - all perfectly displayed in pictures. The condition and quality of the rug was excellent. Packing was excellent. Surpassed highest expectations all around.

Beautiful carpet! Thanks!!! Quick delivery!

Fast shipping, well-wrapped rug, and the item matched its description and photos perfectly.

The rug came quickly and was well-packaged. It is exactly as shown on the website. I appreciated all of the details given about each rug including thickness and photos of the front and back sides. My first criterion is always the size, so listing that first on the search pages is helpful and saves time.. There was a large selection, so it was hard to decide, but I am happy with my purchase.

This is a really great company to get wonderful rugs. I am a repeat customer. I recently bought an amazingly gorgeous rug and am mostly very, very happy with it. The rug is exactly as pictured on the website. The pile is a bit less deep than I would like but the description on the website certainly was accurate about that.
I appreciated the fast and free shipping.
However, my rather very expensive rug arrived smelling like a wet dog and it has been over month now of slowly releasing this strange odor. I am guessing that it will need 3 months to get completely free.
Also, I bought a rug pad for it but it is super thin and really only functions as a non-slip underlay with no padding whatsoever. I just ordered a different pad and regret purchasing this fron Uniq.
But overall, after buying many rugs from this company I would highly recommend the company. Just be very careful with the specifications so you don't have any surprises.

Exceptional service and I highly recommend others use what your company has to offer.
Thank you an appreciate customer.
