Uniq Recycling  Anmeldelser

We recently used Uniq Recycling and were extremely impressed with the service provided. The entire process was efficient, well organised, and delivered excellent value for money.
What stood out most was their commitment to data security and compliance. We had complete confidence that our equipment and data were handled professionally, with all required documentation and certification provided promptly.
Communication throughout was clear and proactive, and the collection process was smooth from start to finish. The team were knowledgeable, helpful, and focused on ensuring everything was completed correctly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend Uniq Recycling to any business looking for a reliable, compliant, and cost-effective IT recycling and data destruction service

Very friendly team, easy to work with, and very informative. They responded quickly and kept in touch with updates when necessary. The driver who came to collect our recycling was very helpful, helping us to load the van and allowing us to take all of the items we had prepared, even though we did not originally think it would all fit!!

Everyone I've dealt with at Uniq has been professional, friendly and helpful, from the sales / accounts team to the collection drivers. We had a large amount of old IT equipment including UPS batteries and cables which Uniq were happy to recycle for us, and provide certificates of WEEE disposal. Happy to have found a company we can trust and who offer such a good service.

The team were quick to react to our IT recycling needs. We had a lot of old PC's and other electrical items and the team had no hesitation in coming over to take all the equipment in one go. The team that dealt with this enquiry as well as the men that came out to dispose of the equipment were courteous and efficient. We also received the certificates confirming safe disposal of the equipment - I would not hesitate recommending them whatsoever.

We spoke with Simon at Uniq to collect a number of devices from our main office and the main offices of two of our clients, which were all in close proximity of each other.

Uniq were able to arrange to do all of these collections on a day that was convenient for our clients and us.

Communication was brilliant and the whole process was smooth. We were kept informed throughout and the documentation provided once the devices had been wiped and disposed of was excellent.

Thanks Simon and the Uniq Team. We will recommend you in future.

We had a great experience working with Charlotte. She really took the time to understand our needs and clearly walked us through all the available options. Her explanation of the different levels of data deletion was thorough and easy to understand, which gave us real peace of mind. The whole process was smooth and well managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Uniq Recycling has a brilliant customer service ethic. They respond quickly to collection requests and keep us updated from initial contact to collection of the mobiles and tablets. The asset report is comprehensive along with issuing Certificates of Data Destruction, and WEEE disposal. I would recommend them and thank them for such good service.

Alysia is brilliant! Everytime we need recycling done it is booked within a week and if it's not possible then we are communicated with. The collections are smooth and just makes life easier.

We have had great communication with Alysia and the team, and she has always kept us in touch with collections and let us know when the reports are ready.
The collections have always been on time and we always get a full report of exactly has been collected, for our records.

Easy to arrange the collection and they were happy to make a second visit on the same day so we could clear the large amount of items we had to collect. All the required documentation was provided following the collection.

Very friendly and efficient service who communicated well throughout the service. We would have no issues using Uniq Recycling in the future.

The communication from Charlotte has always been excellent. Collection days have always been on time and the drivers have been extremely helpful. Thank you for delivering a great service.

Thanks Team!

Very happy with the entire process. From initiating the collection to finalising. Communication was great and it was a very smooth experience.

Having our IT kit collected for recycling happens a couple of times a year for us, and Uniq Recycling have been our go to for a few years now. They are great to work with, as they are trustworthy and fuss-free when it comes to arranging our collection, with the reassurance that data will be destroyed and kit recycled/disposed of within regulations, with a certificate provided at the end of the process.
The staff have always been friendly, accommodating and always keep me posted with the progress.

Good and fair prices, all of the staff are really friendly and helpful, i dont use anywhere else now!

Amazing and very friendly team, no job is too big and piece of mind about security and recycling data and providing certificates. Always happy to oblige and accommodating. Would highly recommend Unique Recycling.
