Horrific customer service. Left package outside during the day, came home and no package obviously. Refusing to do anything, as it's supposedly been delivered correctly. Customer service is pathetic, couldn't care less about helping just want a ticket closed as quickly as possible. Have opened a resolver case to try and rectify.

Vendredi 10 avril, avec ma femme, nous essayons des vêtements lorsque 2 salariés viennent lui demander de nous laisser et m'informe qu'une de leur salariée m'aurait identifié comme un client qui lui aurai tenue des propos insultants par le passé ??
Je leur dit qu'il s'agit d'une erreur et ils rajoutent que d'autres salariés présents ce jour, et donc lors de l'altercation également, confirmeraient ces dires ...
Je leur confirme a nouveau qu'il s'agit d'une erreur mais on me demande de partir sans plus d'explications et m'accompagne vers la sortie ... Je souhaite voir un responsable, on me répond qu'il n'est pas là ...
J'ai donc laissé mes coordonnées pour que l'on me rappel ainsi qu'un signalement sur leur site mais toujours pas de nouvelle à ce jour.
Donc on vous accuse sans preuve et on ne vous rappel pas, ce magasin n'est sérieux et je ne le recommande à personne.
Nous sommes le 25 avril et toujours pas de nouvelles, malgré mes différentes relances.
ils sont lâches et irresponsables et leur service client en ligne n’est pas mieux

La politique de retour pour les achats en ligne est particulièrement contraignante : aucun remboursement possible en magasin, uniquement des échanges. Pour obtenir un remboursement, le renvoi postal est obligatoire et à nos frais .
Une politique qui manque clairement de transparence au moment de l’achat et qui fait passer le profit avant la satisfaction client.

Déçu par l’état du produit et le service client
J’ai acheté un pantalon que j’ai très peu porté (3 fois au total). Dès la première utilisation, j’ai constaté des traces sur le tissu. Après un seul lavage en délicat (30°C, filet, sans assouplissant), les traces restent visibles et le pantalon est désormais difficilement portable.J’ai contacté le service client pour un échange, en expliquant que ce problème n’était pas dû à une mauvaise utilisation mais à un défaut. Malheureusement, ma demande a été refusée.
Je suis déçu, car ce pantalon ne correspond pas à l’usage attendu et le service client n’a pas su résoudre le problème.

I have been a regular customer of Uniqlo but am so disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered 4 items, only 1 arrived. I followed procedures and received the following email:
The results of our investigation have confirmed that your order was packed correctly and shipped out in its entirety. Our team has followed our stringent procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness in the fulfillment of your order.
My package was completely sealed, there was no evidence of tampering by couriers. Clearly, the fault is with Uniqlo, but I’m left with the loss.

UNIQLO - IRELAND- A DISASTER - never BUY ONLINE
Purchased an item online from UNIQLO - IRELAND. Paid 9 Euro for delivery ! The sizing was crazy - absolutely huge. Tried to return online - NO Customer Service - no phone number and return policy not clear ! They recommend picking a Courier of your choice - pay for the return - which can cost 20 Euro - and no QR code etc for the address - a complete mess ! Outrageous .., never never buy online from Uniqlo !

This company is not interested in customer service or resolving defective items sold. An expensive coat I purchased has developed extreme pilling/fluff just from heavy rain without any touching/friction within 2 months!
They've seen the pictures and keep making silly assumptions and excuses to avoid responsibility to exchange/refund their defective coat material which can't deal with heavy rain!
I've sent complaint 01193958 to them, and their staff Abdul / Anum just create fictitious assumptions to avoid responsibility.
Will have to escalate to ombudsman and trading standards now.

I used all sizing tools that Uniiqlo provides — my own measurements, the “Check Your Size” feature, the AI camera scanner, and the size chart. All of them recommended size 28–29", so I ordered 29".
The jeans arrived with the correct label, but in reality they fit 2–3 sizes smaller and do not close at the waist. This is a clear failure of the sizing system, not a customer mistake.
Customer support refused to acknowledge the sizing error and only pointed to the alteration policy, even though the issue is not related to hemming — the error came from the waist recommendation provided by Uniqlo’s own tools.
Their refusal to take responsibility for an error caused by their own system is extremely disappointing.
Based on my experience, I strongly do NOT recommend ordering from Uniqlo.
Customer Service Hell
I'm currently in customer service purgatory. Each agent gives me a new answer totally contradicting the previous one. It's like they never had any training or coordination between teams, and just write random stuff, with one obvious goal - make that annoying, nagging, paying customer just go away.
Uniqlo - undelivered item, refusal of a refund or genuine proof of dispatch
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I paid for 2 items, only one was delivered and Uniqlo refuses to accept this happened and refund me for the undelivered item. Apparently their “investigation” proved it was sent out. It wasn't. Instead they should be checking the weight of the parcel with their courier and comparing it to the weight of the 2 items. They refuse to do this. Uniqlo has effectively robbed me of £69, refuses to take the matter any further internally (they sent me 2 emails on the matter) and has now referred me to citizen’s advice as I’m unhappy with the outcome. As I said, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Judging by the reviews here on trust pilot, Uniqlo has a serious issue with this happening to customers and yet still refuses to address it. It seems to be a risk buying online from Uniqlo.

I have never experienced such a bad customer service in my whole life, and I do quite some online orders (Belgium)
I bought 2 items that I returned mid December. The return never arrived. I have already contacted the customer service over 10 times. I was supposed to deliver more information by email which I did the following minutes. I didn't get a response for over a week. After contacting them they told me they will start the research because it hadn't even started yet, and they confirmed. Again, no response, even though they told me I would receive more info in 24h. Contacted them again on a Monday, then I found out that the research was never started by the previous person. Then that person finally started the research and I received a confirmation email, which stated it takes 3 days for the research to be finished, and they told me again it would not be so long. That Friday I contacted them again, I would receive an answer that same day. Again, nothing. Contacted them on Sunday. They told me no research has been started. After pushing myself then they found out it was indeed started, but they cannot see any more info so I have to chat with them again next week. It's now already the end of January, and have been in contact with them since end of December. I always have to follow up myself and everytime I receive wrong info and they tell me something different. I hope by the beginning of February this issue is finally solved or I will be taking legal actions. They are the most incompetent customer service I have ever experienced and I want my refund.
